I don't think there should be any problems in naming the Spa at least some better way to identify. If the LEs want to find any wrong doing anywhere, they have thousands way to get to the source.

If someone is still operating the same way, either it must be with the full knowledge of the LEs or a raid is in waiting.

But, better to avoid at least for few days still the dust settle.
