Yes so did I spot a few. Some SP's used to work from there but reallocated as that became expensive for them. It's a famous place for insta model shoot outs. Also I heard from a trusted source some girls use that spot to spend their weekends totally drunk with buddies.

2. I think it was existing spa which they rented, they haven't build anything. Rates and girls are same like previous.

3. It's a spa setup, so table only. Beds were FD special not available in this temporary setup.

Also for location guide, you can visit the old fd spa. Security guard at the ground floor is there. He can guide you. He told me first about the kakurgachi.

Reverse search posted images in google.

Even if reviews are present, check if the user has posted reviews for different profiles. I have also observed scam profiles having multiple reviews. They create multiple fake accounts & post those reviews.

Check phone number in truecaller.
