I just wanted to know what does voucher rate mean. Can you elaborate. What I understood is total damage is 2950 including your 950 counter+ 2000 inside. How voucher rate affects here.

Basically, I use the NB rate to negotiate the counter rate. Some of these spas are listed on the NB app, which sells vouchers. While I don't buy the vouchers, I usually quote it on the counter and they accept cash at the same rate in the app. Quoting the NB rate is a good way negotiate the counter rate, in my experience.
