Now the problem here is, since many created the demand now SP doubled the price of the bird. And my promise to take her for second time which becomes mission failure and mind ruled johnny as per rule and avoided that meet.

Repeating again, do check and enquire with any SP only if you are Ready for the deed. Else it will create a unnecessary price increase.

The Hiltons and Marriotts are all usually green. You can either meet the girl in lobby or restaurant and then take her to room. I have done in Courtyard and had no issues.

If the lift / elevator needs key card only then meeting down is needed, else the girl can come directly to the room. Just make sure she is dressed decent.

I had mixed experience. Sometimes it workout and sometimes not. Tried this in face pair easy above a cycle shop. All SIs have a counter charge of 1.5 k for only HJ and the gals are new and will not do TL or anything. If you pay 2 k you can bargain on the tips inside. It was 1.5 k for B2B. Had a decent massage, she claims to have a prof certificate but into this for only 2 months blah blah. Can try once, gals are of okish kinds and you can choose the gals. They keep rotating them every 15 days except 2.

Nowadays the courier rates are nothing less than 2 k, for this the flower spa is worth as totally it's only 2 k for counter + TL.

I have gone there 2 times, yes its good and free from disturbance, 4 wheeler Parking is the only hassle, you need to park and walk a long way.

I fixed an appointment today, but I couldn't make it for multiple reasons. I saw the place. Is it free from disturbances? It seems to be in a residential apartment. Any awkward moments with the apartment's residents?

Yes I agree there is parking issues, other than that it's a neat and safe place, no there is no disturbance from the neighbours and the therapist are cooperative as well. The counter-charge is 1500 Rs but I see few post where people pay only 1000 Rs. I'll will ask them about this next time.

Generally 5 star hotels do not ask for any details. I have generally walked in to my friends room without any disturbance in between. But nowadays hotels need room card to travel in the escalator or else they can visit only restaurants or spa.

So better option would be to have a drink and take her to the room along with you.
