You got to take a bit of risk and try out the spa. Nobody is going to give details over phone esp if the spa is big and has few branches as well. Most time the receptionist will also refuse availability of extras. You just have to take a chance and pick a Thai or Bali or any other gal who fits your bill and give it a shot.
