After living in many oases, I have been hibernating in Chennai for some time now. Since, even to cultivate dependable SP contacts seem to be a non starter. I didn't bite the bait yet, she just said ok, good luck and hung up.

I sent an sms saying the deal is on at 15k and 2 programs. Hell no, iam not new to mongering and yes, I do take occassional calculated bets on high price, high quality. Usually abroad, not much here. Anyway no response for the sms. I called again at 9. 45 pm. She spoke to me patiently for 10 mins, explained her biz model and whats she has to offer is really the creme. She also offered that I can go look at her and decide. BTW. 2 programs is on and it is a big deal to convince the girl on this (wow, some win!) but it will cost 25k (WTF!).

I say, even in the choicest meat markets, I never had to shell out more than Rs. 15k, for LT / All nighter. Well, this is Chennai, not Macau, says the sweet sophisticate. Still. 25k?

I sent an sms at 10. 45 pm,"incase you do change your mind, give me a call, I can reach in 15 mins notice".

Didn't hear the sweet voice thereafter. I know that the elite don't deal with SP's crapping at various websites. Why was she posting then? Googled her no. And very few ads came up!

I slept and had a long dream of being with a WG. Thank God, I don't have the ailment of night discharge!

Theoretically thats easy if you follow some basic rules:

1. Keep a separate email I'd for mongering sites like this or aff. Never create any account in fb or other social network sites. This email should be a standalone account representing only the dirty side of you.

2. If possible keep a separate phone and don't register this phone with any social networking sites.

3. If not possible to keep a separate phone for hobby, use your regular phone but keep your regular phone num from social network sites.

4. Don't give too much information.

5. Never give your work details out.

Despite of all these I find it difficult to keep hobby and life totally separate. After all hobby is part of life.

I have found it really difficult to keep my contact list protected from sharing by social networking sites like FB, google+ etc. They simply do not give me any means / privacy settings to keep myself discreet. At least I have not been successful in finding such means / settings.

I wish I had the necessary computer skills to go really incognito. .

Just like attempts are made to separate the church and the state, it is also highly recommended to keep the mongering ways separate from your normal routine; here are some moot points.

This particular guy had advertized for a swing session and I had responded to this particular advertizement, given the erudite leaning of the individual as exhibited in the advt. (well, I have the liberty to pick some FWB to swing by!). There were couple of mail exchanges and then the trail went cold. However, after couple of months, I started getting automated L!nkedIn reminders to add myself to his professional circle; well, he turned out to be some administrator in an MNC, with his full bio available for those who were interested in pursuing some black gains with this particular individual with wayward ways! He had royally messed it, with no clear separation of the Church and the State affairs!

The second one was an AFF contact; chitus aka chitra. There were couple of email exchanges again, and she said she was studying for law in Madurai and she comes often to Chennai and was badly in need of pocket money. We had set up a rendezvous (she said there would be no viewing pleasure; it would be all action in the first meeting itself, and I had to setup the place!) and the trail again went cold. Well, it was my monetary gain and her monetary loss. A couple of weeks later, she probably had clicked on some link or registered herself in some site, which started sending reminder Emails to her entire contact list with a clear TO list; Well, her full customer and relatives / friends list was available for those were interested in making some easy gains!

Then the third. Mary: She used to advertize herself in CL with her personal phone number before; resourceful mongers have g00gled her number to connect to her business venture (a Spanish diner!) and her other personal details.

Thanks, mate. However, the healthcare is relatively cheap and good in the country, and there is actually no need for any self medication by individuals who are not even related to the medical field in anyway.

Even if you do not have doctor friends to do the needed diagnosis and prescriptions, medical care is as easy as walking into a causality section of a hospital for an outpatient treatment. There is no need to show an insurance card or to get prior approval from the insurance company (or even an ID card!).

The only caveat is, if you do not have a medical qualification and a significant standing in the medical community, but try to show off your medical knowledge, it will be hard competing with the knowledge and ego of a junior / specialist doctor; he will probably wreck your remaining happiness and deflate your ego, which I guess would be something that you invited yourself. .

Campaigner? Nope. I would have to vehemently deny that. If there is something that I envy in this world, that would be folks who do not get bored with GF/Wife and/or couple of FWBs to boot.
