the infection could also have been from multiple other sources, including unclean and not appropriately hot washed non-disposables, the unclean massage tables, adulterated and cheap oils and creams and many other sources as well. however, the very high probability of the infection is definitely from an mp; the poor johnny, without any helmet safety and the tip invitingly very wide open, he did not even stand a chance against the infection, other than the natural body immunity.

it all started with itching at the tip of the penis; the itching very soon turned to slight burning sensation when peeing, and it was then the right time to get the medical fraternity involved, as the infection can now be easily detected in the tests.

you will fail miserably on a uti diagnosis and treatment question if you copy paste the following; but here is the overall 'textbook algorithm' for the uti diagnosis and treatment in most of the countries, devoid of high sounding medical terms.

it starts with a quick vital sign check, patient history and visual inspection of the penis by the doctor. the idea is to check for discharges, discoloration, rashes and overall hygiene, by a 'trained eye'. (yeah! unlike in an mp, a 'good' doctor will come with a gloved hand to handle the penis and with a torch in the other hand!)

the next step is to prescribe for a '[CodeWord109] routine'. the results usually come in less than 2 hours, and would indicate presence of large wbc in [CodeWord109], if there is any infection. other parameters would remain normal/'not detected', if there is only a simple infection issue.

the next step is to prescribe for a '[CodeWord109] culture' to isolate the type of infection. the result normally takes couple of days to come, and a generic (broad / medium spectrum) antibiotic is prescribed in the interim.

once the '[CodeWord109] culture' result is available, medicines specific to the identified infection is prescribed. the '[CodeWord109] culture' may be repeated after the uti has been treated.

the act of washing up thoroughly after the deed from an mp won't help always, given the fact that the horse might already have bolted. it would also look quite weird to have johnny all dressed up when getting a simple hj from masseuse, to avoid utis. there are other types of infection, especially, the skin, which are also other known risks with these mps. however, the trick is to seek medical help quickly, rather than wait till the shit hits the fan. hopefully, the infection will be simple enough not to cut a large hole on your pocket.
