Well, that is an old fraud, with a new 'method'.

These cheats will ask you to use www.paypa|.com and transfer the x% payment to some email id. That will be the last time you will hear from them.

Earlier, they used to give bank accounts, so that you can get a clear idea of the bank and location, which can be used to complete the 'mongers revenge' formalities, including posting the details on public forums as a warning. The only option in paypa| case, will be to intimate fraud notification with paypa|, without transferring any money. (and it is quite easy to create as many dummy email ids, unlike a bank account, unless you are in hawala business).
