1. Build a second source of income from what you like: Apart from my job I learnt technical analysis and doing derivative trading in stock market. 2. Staying away from NCR: due to wfh nature I am only 2 weeks per month in NCR. For 2 weeks I am in my hometown where I don't want to try anything. It also builds up the patience in you.
