Please don't be fooled by the middle aged men "showering" the girls with cash! I have seen this done in Mumbai and it is no different in Delhi, they are extensions of Management. Meaning these are individuals paid by the establishment to "shower the girls" with money, hoping you and I will do exactly the same! A case of monkey see, monkey do! You are partially correct here.
