Income. Expensse - Investments and savings = money I can splurge on myself (Includes eating out, hobbies, travel, mongering).

Be clear that mongering comes out of a fancy dinner or a trip you would otherwise do. I typically let this be about 10-15% of "money I can splurge on myself". On birthdays I gift myself mongering budget which I save and spend in Bangkok or somewhere in Europe if work takes me there.

Optimizing for Time: This is more important and will have a larger impact on career.
