This trip report is long overdue, and I hope it's still relevant. I actually wrote up the trip report in early 2020. However, things got crazy, and I got distracted with real life. With things returning to normal, I'm picking up where I left off pre-pandemic.

After reading 10 pages of the thread I decided to venture off on my own into the Sanur X Houses.


The best X house I found was behind the Circle K. There are two X houses in that alley. One house begins with a 6, possibly a 65 X. The other one I forgot. The house that began with a 6 had the most girls and the best selection. When you arrive, you stand outside the window and peer into the brightly lit room. The manager, a young looking person, told me, "400" and shined his green laser on one of the better looking girls. I said "Too much". He said, "300". I said "200". He said, "no", and turned his back to me. I said, "300 includes room? And he said "Yes". I picked his suggestion for 300 and her performance was lackluster: Rusher, one position, everything covered.

Curious if the X houses in Bali are open? Thinking about making a trip from Jakarta if there is anything happening. I think I'm going to lose my mind being trapped any longer. Anyone?

I booked a hotel in the area, because I didn't want to deal with the Kuta traffic. Broadly speaking, houses marked with an X are either fishbowls with rooms or they are just rooms. In the kind that are just rooms, a moto driver will bring girls to you or bring you to the girls. One girl I picked said she works from 4 pm to 4 am. Another girl I picked said she works 8 pm to 4 am. With those working hours, you can approximate the business hours of the X houses.

The best X house I found was behind the Circle K. There are two X houses in that alley. One house begins with a 6, possibly a 65 X. The other one I forgot. About a block away from the Circle K heading towards the downtown area of Sanur are more X Houses. They were not fishbowls, but the moto drivers said the girls were 1 to 3 minutes away by moto. This typical conversation would follow: They would ask me what I want and that he'll bring the girls to me. I would say I didn't want to wait, and he would offer to drive me to the girls. This got me wondering if some of the fishbowls are shared amongst the collective X Houses. All these conversations were in English. I didn't take these particular moto drivers on their offer, but I did eventually take the offer of a motor driver that was particularly insistent.

I had met him in front of the Circle K on my way to the popular fishbowl. He was very persistent on driving me to his girls. I finally relented after a while and hopped on his moto. After about 3 minutes to the other side of an arterial road, I was in an entirely new area with many more X Houses. He took me to a fishbowl and the room was empty. He told me to wait and slowly the girls started trickling in. All but a couple of the 15 or so girls were large. I asked him the price and he said, "400". I said, "no". And he said, "How much you want? And I said, "200". He said. "OK, but 50 for room". I said, "OK". Total: 250 k. I picked one of the normal shaped girls and her performance was better. Unlimited positions, but she was a rusher. She wanted 50 tip for BJ and started our session by asking the question "condom or no condom? Interesting question. After the session, the moto driver brought me back and wished me well. What was odd was that he didn't ask for a tip. He just drove away. Shrug.

Everything described in previous posts about the Sanur X Houses being poor and low-class is mostly true. I didn't go during the daytime so I couldn't tell how dirty everything was, but the bathrooms were clean enough. It consisted of a clean squat potty and a garden hose to wash yourself.

To summarize, the Sanur night was novel, but not worth repeating. I spent 250 and 300 between the two girls. One gave me a poor experience and the other gave me an okay experience. If you're tired of the Kuta scene and want something different give it a shot. I think with managed expectations, it's not that bad.

What would be the purpose at this point of preventing tourists from coming to Bali? The infection and positivity rate in Indonesia is the highest in South East Asia. This governmental regulation isn't designed to control infection rates when seriously the people arriving (mostly from Australia) are far likelier to be healthier than native Indonesians.

The circle k is on danau poso corner of tirtanandi.

I cannot remember the X numbers but there one next to circle k does not look inviting, a long 30 metre walk down a darkish path but it's fine. At the bottom two fish bowls, the farthest one seemed best.

If you sit in the Dutch bar (corner of further sekar waru) along the road you will see the girls going by on the back off mopeds, all dressed in black.

I think there is an X house 3 houses down from the Dutch bar on sekar waru.

From circle k head back towards sanur centre, on the 2nd road on the left is 11 X you normally get whistled at walking by. If you turn left go to the end of the road (5 minutes walk) 99 X is on the right. There's also a couple of massage shops offering FS down here.

If you rent a moped and drive from across the bypass after turning right after circle k and just drive around you will see numerous X houses dotted around. Prices seemed fixed.

There are guys on mopeds outside circle k willing to take you "somewhere" (I've never tried).

Sanur doesn't have hookers although sit outside Casablanca bar in the evening some will come to you but not too quality.

WeChat is great, I picked up numerous freebies but I was living there and also Badoo.

Bali is not hardcore like Thailand, phils, Jakarta but it good for mixing the vacation with sightseeing.

This was all pre covid.

I've been to the one on Danau Poso near Tirtanandi. If you map that area, it's the little 50 meter alley just to the east of that intersection facing north. The alley is unpaved and not super well lit. But it does have 3 fishbowls on it and lit well enough. There's moped traffic buzzing in and out of there carrying mongerers every once in a while. The fishbowl at the end of the alley is the most "official" looking one with the most girls. About 20. The others usually stock about 5 to 10, closer to 5 most nights. The homies hanging out in the dark corner near the Circle K say Hello, to you and will offer you a ride to another X house. I'm daring, so I did the ride. They dropped me off 2 blocks away at Sakar Waru about 100 meters south of Danau Poso. I gave him 100 k rupiah for the ride and introduction. He offered to wait for me but I told him to take off so he can go find more business. I was able to walk back to the circle K.

I'm not a fan of the Sanur X houses. While very cheap at about 250 k to 300 k (for bali, but this is going rate for GFE / PSE service in Jakarta), the girls offer no GFE at all. No kissing, no bb, maybe BBBJ for a few seconds if that. It's a fairly disappointing let down. The girls I've seen are young and fairly pretty. But the service just seems to be very bad for level of intimacy.

I recommend the spas in Denpasar by a long run. The prices are severely jacked up though. 1. 2 M to 1. 5 M just to walk in. I usually still tip another 100 k to 300 k on top of that. I've posted my recommendations in prior post so you can look it up if you're curious. Sex scene overall in Bali is difficult. I've had some of the best in Denpasar, but paid a high price for it. Not a cheap game in Bali.
