Oh I am not saying that it is cheap. My take on it is this. First I usually play during the day, not at night. So going to the bars and picking someone up

For 300, 000 is not doable. Second, I HATE traffic and usually have little time so going to Sanur and paying 250, 000 is not an option, Third, Angel is a fleapit. Literally, I got bedbug bite there that last two times I went in the middle of last year. Not going back.

To Miguet. No hard feelings ok, but I remember a time, ST action stood at 10k and for USD 120, I would expect no less than Sierra Soetedjo to walk in, singing "Especially for you."

It may be not that easy to find, but there is decent ST action for 300 to 400k available during the daytime in Kuta. True. Some places are dumps or lack privacy. For instance, salon Rika in the gang next to ViAiPi (300k FS, choice of 6 to 8 girls) is lacking privacy.. haha. I had a great time there though, but if you ask around poppies 2 and book a nice air-conditioned room for 100k in the area, really no problem.

with apologies for delay, and now a moment to catch up. there were problems had in paradise (bali) , with this darn cold which was going around. who knows where it came from. one person called it the bali crap. went to that hotel with abbreviation d. a. (forgot name, near baroka). three hags arrived. horrible. then across the street to the 3x house. 200k. she was great, and i gave her a 80k tip, which is high. however i noticed at the end bit of "mens" coming from her. just a tad of blood. and, a day or two later ended up with a very small bacterial "red dot" type infection. could tell it not bad, but for a while little popper felt bit broken. instead of going to the doctor, decided that since leaving indonesia in a few days and put up with it. had cipro at home anywho. it got smaller, and soon not even noticeable other than that small red lump. still, tho psychologically.

finally there was a lot of rain those last days before i left on the 6th. when it rains at bali, it rains hard. and there just not much to do. rode my 6 speed from sanur to kuta and back almost every day, and got caught in the storm twice. point is that health wise, things got bad, and after i left bali for jakarta health got worse. way worse.

ok, to business. went in sanur to 11b. on the lot itself, about seven males outside smoking cigarettes, playing poker or somesuch. they felt like mafia types. whatever. inside it was something of a showroom. glass in front. figure about seven or eight peering inside.

last day rode my 6 speed from samur to kuta and this gal on a motorbike rode with me and began talking. she was frigging hot. we spoke and rode a bit, and then she gave me her number and rode off. took her for my last evening there. no clue where she came from, or when off too. an absolute gem.

have a concluding statement on samur, and commentary / very useful info on jakarta. still unpacking my notes, so will post in a few days.

however, taking a single capsule of antibiotic is doing little other than contribute to the bug becoming more antibiotic resistant. that is very bad!

a bug needs to cop the full force of a full course of antibiotics, otherwise (to paraphrase an old saying) what doesn't kill it makes it stronger.

but needless to say, a dose of gonorrhoea or syphilis is annoying, but with luck there is still antibiotics that particular bug isn't resistant to.

the real worry is the big bugs that antibiotics won't touch, you know the ones that can take years to emerge?

a perth guy caught hiv recently in bali, and that was from a tattoo needle (so he says).

i'm going to be sticking to rub and tugs from now on!

i think you meant to write 3b (on sekar waru) , which has the glass front? in your earlier post #2983 you had a pic from 11b which has the outdoor display.

but it's great that you mananged some pics at all; i think you are the first to post pics from fish bowls/showrooms, so the series of 05x, 11b and 3b are appreciated!

King Hampton made good report about a year ago; post #2461 as it says in the placemark. Prices shouldn't have changed much.

If you go by taxi, coming from Nusa Dua, I think you'd better tell the taxi to stop when you are opposite the place, say at the intersection with Jl Raya Uluwatu. Then cross the Bypass and walk the rest. Otherwise you might waste a lot of time having to go all the way to the traffic light past the airport landing strip where the taxi can make a U turn.

Ah, is it that you get a room with an AC for 250, 000 at 67X? Or where do you get a room with an AC? I though 67X only have rooms with fans. A fan is not enough on a sunny afternoon! Regarding the sheets I think they are changed every day at it's best.

And the girl you pick might be one who thinks her obliation is only to provide a (sometimes smelly) hole.

So your summary is right: For "the quality, the cleanliness" Sanur is not on top (with the occasional exception).

Sanur is boring. Unless you are just there to play. If you are looking for some monger action over anything else it is the place to be and at 250k per session, affordable and cheap. For more varied action Kuta is where you want to go. Seminyak has very little action unless you make contact elsewhere. DIA is a great place to find some escorts.

In Kuta you can pick up girls at the clubs for late night. This will run 300 fo ST and 1 million for LT.

Or, if in kuta. Hit one of the massage places. Melati Spa, Balinese Oriental massage, Kuta Bugar, Star Bugar. FS is

Yes, Malati is more expensive. BUT 1) I can go anytime during the day, morning, afternoon. 2) Clean private room, Working AC, and a real shower.

I stayed at the Swastika Bungalows (not the Swastika Hotel) in Sanur in August for 14 nights.

Comfortable enough, good A / C, free wifi in the room, satellite tv, and only about A$25 a night.

Get yourself some surface spray to stop mozzies going under the door though. No big deal.

My room needs are pretty simple, a decent bed, quiet and good A / C. Was happy with that place for the money.

Going up in late Feb for 10 days, staying at the Febri's Hotel next time, more upmarket at about $55 / night. Much closer to Kuta. A local friend often stays there and says it is a favourite.

I was going to a pub with a live band (Bali Beach Shack in Legian) last time, this is much closer.

Keep in mind that some things are cheaper in Sanur, the tourist price is a bit lower than Kuta.

However: the fishbowls and ST hotels are open till well after midnight; som girls have said they remain 'on duty' till 3AM. But it might still be a gamble with the SYT you pick.

I'm not much of a party animal in general, and especially not after way too many hours in the air, but if I enter Sanur after everything has shut down, I won't find a SYT to go to relax with either. If I end up in a Kuta disco, that will not be comfortable. What about massage places? When do they shut down? Well, the vacation lasts for more than one day.
