Until COVID, Square Club was used to be the place to go on Friday and Saturday. Not anymore, sadly. No FLs anymore. Only a dozen of PRs who can drink with you (for a high fee) and rich locals.

F1 is always packed by any kind of people even on Sunday and Monday. At F1, a beer can costs 85k, a cocktail 150k-200k, a beer jug some 250k, a beer tower some 850k. An interesting option for the after hour (the main pub closed at 4am) is offered by the VIP rooms, which are large enough to host private parties for 6-10 people but are great also for a couple, which cost 300k on weekdays and 500k on weeends (3 hours). Sound system and dimmerable lights from full light down to total dark, bathroom and even a bedroom (with dubious hygiene sheet). I went there on Sunday with my girlfriend (my best friend in Batam, without doubt). We went to a VIP room at 4am to do something less ordinary than playing in the king-size bed at my hotel, and IT WAS A BLAST.

A note for the stingy gentleman: my friend has upgraded herself to "freelance" in the last 3 months (her words). These last two days she has been busy with an upscale married Indonesian couple, who have set up a large party with others in a resort in Batam to celebrate something. Batam is getting better! I was so disappointed during my visit in December. I arrived here 2 days ago and I am already overbooking my time (agree to meet 3 girls in a day) with girls I know from previous visits and new girls met in Newton. 50% of them ghost after promising, so I still have 50% of them to enjoy.

Ramadan will end on 10 April. The last 3-4 days of Ramadan are total closure of any entertainment. Even if such total closure will be on 7-8-9-10, I don't think it would be a good idea for a newbie to probe Batam just week before Eid al Fitr.

I have been back to Batam 2 times in the last 15 days, 3 N+4 N. Overall, we are getting back to Good. I am very happy I have returned here. However, the Old Glorious Times, when my problem was to do optimal scheduling of appointments to avoid overlaps and maximize the number of girls, and virtually any girl in pubs and discos seemed an achievable target, are gone.

TAXI/OJEK

Some ojek drivers may be still a pest, but not as before. When I go out at night and I don't need them, there is always one following me, but when I needed one, it happened I had to walk all the way back to hotel. I give them 15k flat, which is more than the 8k-9k fee on Gojek.
Grab has made the difference. At any time of the night, you have a car which takes you everywhere for 20k or less. This is necessary when you are with a girl or it rains. Use Grab.

CLUBS

They were my hunt field for 12 years. Just go, pick, and go back to Formosa with someone ranging from passable to real candy. Now not anymore! I went to clubs and discos every night, but I could not get any single girl any single time, who was happy to flirt with me. I went with my girl on a Sunday (few people) and I spent some 800k for drinks sitting on a sofa (minimum spending for a sofa: 700k). High-quality music and DJ.

The problem of expensive places is that ladies who go there have money, lots of money, and certainly cannot be moved to your room by just money.

Pacific (now VG): impossible on Saturday (gates closed and people queued because place over capacity), always with people, but apparently no decent girls willing to flirt with me.

Newton: the worst disappointment!! It was a paradise of teen-like girls, packed above reason, overwhelming. Now, it is almost empty, most girls are ugly, working girls are even uglier. So many fond memories here! And they seem all gone.

HH (P3): changed to a club where (not pretty) PR sexy girls pester you trying to get a tip just for talking and dancing. There is people, there are girls who may be available, but really it is not common.

One would need several months to explore the explorable and understand what are the good places and what are not.
There is a ton of vanilla massage (just massage), where one can spend hours just pampered, and a ton of places which basically are just brothels, plus the intermediate spectrum.
I wish I had a drone capable to enter in all those places, let me have a look and then be able to select where to actually go.
The area near DC mall is all to explore. So many places with girls who are never disappointing, and even hide gems. The problem is the time needed to find gems in the garbage.

GIRLS

In spite of all this, I could get memorable fuxx! My dick is sore. I have to administer my poor energies wisely, because I have only one (in Batam, I wish I had 3, to be able to play over the 24 nights for one week).
My best experiences this time are two.

Another year, another trip to batam, this time just a short 5 day stop.

Went back to Lavender spa but the quality here has dramtically dropped. They have a all inclusive package now that includes room, massage and FS. The price was roughly 550 k from memory. Again, selection is made from a photo album, I went with the mamasans recommendation, and chose a girl from java, who she promised would give great service and had big boobs. And was not as chubby as the photo. If ever there was 2 truths and a lie, the mamasan told it. The only thing going for this girl was her boobs which were definitely on the larger side, but she was also in proportion to her rack.

Massage was lacklustre and so was the sex service, more of a starfish experience, and when mamasan asked me what I thought, I told her it was only so so. Mama didn't seem to phased and only shrugged her shoulders. Lavender will not be getting my return service.

Other massage place I tried was Hallo Kitty. Difference bethween here and Lavender is night and day! Total package cost was 860 k as you can get the VIP room with attahed shower, where as the cheaper room had a communal one. So for the sake of 5 dollars I went the upgrade. Massage was average, but the service was 10/10. BBBJ, BBFS, Could speak english and was more than willing to comply with any request. They will also wash you down after the deed as part of the service.

Another thing I liked about Hallo Kitty is that you can get the girls to line up in front of you so if you are sceptical of the photos, you can see them in person before you chose.

I also managed to get this girls number before I left and had her visit me in my hotel room. If you like hostess bars, like the ones in Makati or Pasteur st, put in Fat Willys, Dirty Dicks bar. I can't see the st name on Google but the bars are all on that area, they dont ask for tips but they do want you to buy them a drink. Ladies drinks are 80k IDR and beerws are 40k. I lined one up to come to my hotle room for 1m but got ghosted so wasted my time on there. It was pretty quiet and I'm sure you can get one back to your room if you can be bothered doing the work. The quality varies, A LOT!! I did a lot of scouting before i chose that bar.
