Hmm. This seems to be a bit of a gamble. I'm not much of a party animal in general, and especially not after way too many hours in the air, but if I enter Sanur after everything has shut down, I won't find a SYT to go to relax with either. If I end up in a Kuta disco, that will not be comfortable. What about massage places? When do they shut down? Well, the vacation lasts for more than one day.

Hi Andy. One of the toughest things I found about Bali is that things just don't open up and get rocking until late. The first few times I went to Bali, admittedly on short stays, I thought the place was dead and overrated because most places were empty at 9 or 10 pm. (I am talking more about Kuta, Legian, and Seminyak, BTW. If Sanur is different, someone else may want to comment.) Things don't pick up and the SYTs don't arrive until about 11 pm. I posted a report about a friend I picked up in the rain, banged her, then thought we were going to sleep and she thought we were going out!

If I were you, I would consider a Kuta / Legian hotel for the first night, get a pick-up from Paddy's or Mbargo, and sleep in the next morning. Then move to Sanur.

Or get that good night's sleep in Sanur!

Sanur is boring. Unless you are just there to play. If you are looking for some monger action over anything else it is the place to be and at 250k per session, affordable and cheap. For more varied action Kuta is where you want to go. Seminyak has very little action unless you make contact elsewhere. DIA is a great place to find some escorts.

In Kuta you can pick up girls at the clubs for late night. This will run 300 fo ST and 1 million for LT.

Or, if in kuta. Hit one of the massage places. Melati Spa, Balinese Oriental massage, Kuta Bugar, Star Bugar. FS is

On offer at all of them. My favorite and CLEAN is Melati Spa on Dewi Sri. Expect to pay 150, 000 to 300, 000 for private room, and 600, 000 to 900, 000

I stayed at a hotel in north Sanur, and walking on the Bypass one evening a taxidriver offered to show me an "aqaurium" for 10K. I thought 'What the heck, I might learn something new'.

When he made a U-turn I said 'Ah, you taking me to Barokah, and I know Dian Ayu as well'. The he U-turned again an took jl BetNgandang2 down so I said '... and 48X and 89 too', so he turned right on jl Danau Poso and I continued '... and 66X and 18 also' and as he was about to turn left on jl Sekar Waru: '... and 3B and 11B'.

He stopped and looked with a mix of disappointment and admiration: 'You know them all! '

I'm heading for Bali in mid February. I have not booked a hotel yet. Which area is best, Sanur, Seminyak or elsewhere? I like a good massage, but mainly interested in FS. I'm generally going for quality / looks over price.

Let me add some information to my question. Regarding, quality / looks, I'm refering to the girls. I'm not really into clubbing, but like relaxing and sight seeing when I'm on vacation. I will travel around the island and to other nearby ones, but will want to stay near the mongering sites for a couple of days at least. I've read most of the thread, but since it is covering a lot of time, I want your current opinions. I've also had a look at the Google map provided by Barri. Thanks, that will surely help me a lot.

Guys, I have to say that all placemarks in the map added by me were with an estimated location: don't have a smartphone or GPS. Thus the co-ordinates might very well be a bit inaccurate. If you find a discrepancy when you are on the spot please correct the map with the accurate co-ordinates!

After my first couple of days in Bali where it is clear I have been paying over the odds, I decided I needed to toughen up when it comes to negotiating. Felt the need to close the Rosalinda story with a visit to the other place with the same name. This one is near the famous Bintang supermarket about 100 meters down Nakula on the left. Well covered already by other forum members I was in search of the 2 or even 3 girl tag team BBBJ.

It has finally stopped raining so streets bit easier to navigate.

Found the place no problem. Had received clear negotiating guidelines from another forum member via PM for which I was very grateful, my tough stance on pricing tends to go out the window immediately I see the girls! Not this time.

I was met by a 5 girls in the lounge. I went with the first into the massage area, bit grisly but serviceable. I said I wanted 2 girls. She said that would be 700 I said no I would pay 300. She said no way. I said OK how about 3 girls for 400. This lateral shift seemed to unsettle her for a moment then she said how about 3 girls for 700. I said no my last offer is 450 for 3 girls for one hour. This was the baseline I was working to. Guess what she said OK.

Well I didn't get to chose them but the team just moved on in. I have to say it was great. It is amazing to be getting sucked and licked and stroked and massaged all at the same time by 3 nut brown lovelies. BBBJ was excellent one girl tok the lead and others chipped in when they felt the need or when I pointed at them and said your turn!

It was as hot as hell in that place tho and this seemed to slow little Max down somewhat. I was sweating like a bandit but having a ball. The girls started off very quiet but they soon got into the swing as I was slapping their bottoms grabbing whatever tit was handy and generally looking like I was about to have a heart attack. I was the only one in the place so every one was very relaxed.

Great experience plan to go back tomorrow. Gave the team a collective tip of 100 which was probably not needed or maybe too much but it was such a great session.

As I left I said I come back tomorrow,"Same Price" they all laughed, I think at my red sweat drenched face.

Headed off in search of a cold Bintang.

Felt pleased that when I stuck to the price guide I got the result. This forum can be a wonderful tool.

Went exploring last night. Area which labeled 21X in the SW corner map is no longer and has been replace by a bar called Warung Baton Nyuh. It a small building with Christmas lights on the outside and loud music. Entered about 8 PM and there was only one gal in it. Supposedly by 10:00 there would be from seven to ten gals in the place. Guy wanted 300K, but quickly lowered to 200K. Ha ha. These Bali people, just great kidders.

Went a few steps north to 11B. Gee, what's there I wonder. 14 gals just wandering about. Here is pic of the entrance, where I snapped about half the gals. First gal I picked rejected me (assume cause I'm bule) so chose the gal in yellow. These gals are really nice. Love that combo small frame attached to large breasts. Know of no where else where this combo so consistent. They wanted 250K "including room" and I countered 200K includes all. They agreed. Here is pic of room with me and gal. Fan only. Adequate. All good. Here's the cash. At this time guy again demanded 250K "including room". Ha ha. These Bali people, just great kidders.

Gal was really nice, and thinking back she would have been great for long time. Unfortunately not word of English, so could not sneak out. Little Popper was doing great, until just let a small amount of pre came out. And then completely lost his MoJo. Well, considering one gal a day for last week, and no help from blues / yellows would give Little Popper a gentlemanly B minus. Most certainly there is room to improve. Gave gal 50K tip more than satisfied. May take a half-yellow for this evening.

Man, I really miss that fuggaly gal from Kuta who demanded 1. 5 million LT. Perhaps today will scour the island and search her out.

I loved reading poppers and maxwel reports you guys put some wind back into the Bali forum.

In 9 weeks time I will be on my own in Bali for the first time.

Stationed in seyminak and later legion for about 2 weeks of fun.

Maybe some guys can meet up for some drinks and help a first timer with some tricks of the trade.
