Have not seen even one LB on the streets; seems they moved online. Very few freelancers and many are on the wrong side of 35 or just outright grannies. The worst hooking up scene I ever witnessed. Rates around 500 K IDR.

    Yep. Case and point.

    You have a smart friend.

Did try Sanur's brothel's right under Angel's Bar. Another disappointment. My friend (a local guy) went in first and after 10' I went in. I got the "gringo" treatment, two or three times the normal price.
    Agreed.

I tried to bring the price down, but they wouldn't move, I don't know bahasa and their english was limited. On acceptance, I was taken to a room where there were about 12 -15 girls sitting on benches. I picked one and she accompanied me to the room. The place is a bit worn down but workable. The room had a bed, shower and a tub bath. First thing I was given a bath like a baby, felt good. Then on to the shower and then to the bed. First I got a decent massage, then the covered blowjob and finally the full service. The girl was good looking and the service somewhat mechanical. There was no hot water in the shower or bath. It was okay, as the weather was very warm, but I like the hot water. I told the girl, why the price was so expensive, even more than Jakarta. She said it was because of the tourists.

    30 days in Bali.

Just wanted to share my thoughts and experiences on what is happening in Bali mongering-wise, which in short is bad.

If you really want to pay through the nose just use Tinder. I have at least 100 different matches, 90% of which are prostitutes asking for 60 $-100 $ one shot! Plain crazy.

Did try Sanur's brothel's right under Angel's Bar. Another disappointment. My friend (a local guy) went in first and after 10' I went in. I got the "gringo" treatment, two or three times the normal price. Agreed on 500 k for someone who was smoking hot. Mechanical sex in a room taken straight from Midnight Express, with no AC or fan. Tried the other one the same night which is a few meters down. Same kind of thing, but for some reason they only had one girl there. Bad sex once more and I did not remember to bring my own condoms, so I was stressed.

For me the main issue is that there is no GFE and that even seasoned pros cannot handle big dicks and of course no mention of anal sex. My best bet was to walk up and down the lower part of Kuta. Legian all the way close to Skygarden. Lots of women around in bikes ready to pick you up, take you to their place and reasonable prices. Most are quite seasoned, but make sure they are not ladyboys.

If anyone wants to I can share pictures, numbers etc.

Haven't heard from you in years. Glad to see your still reading the blogs. Made's was remodeled about 7 years ago and expanded. Problem is they didn't change the food. I guess you can't expect a Balinese cook to flavor and prepare the food right.

In Hawaii the locals like salt, so everything is too salty. Hawaii is the SPAM eating capitol of the world. More spam is eaten here than anywhere. SPAM is all the parts from pigs and beef that can't be eaten alone.

Also the worst Bali belly I ever had was from the local Watermelon.

IMHO, my 2 cents. Since it is hot, stick with water. It is more than enough, even for marathon runners. Juices or fruit shakes or the likes will cause things to move faster and could also get contaminated (from surfaces, spray, hygiene).

Thoroughly cooked and serviced piping hot is best. Most things chilled or cool will increase the risks even in the US. In the US think, salad (buffet), blueberry, strawberry, chicken salad, peanut butter.

All ways drink bottled water but still get the Hershey squirts.

    The right Resto's

This is because I have identified 4 safe restaurants near where I stay. And I keep going back to these restaurants rather than risk trying other unknown restaurants. In these places I have had no problems with juices, ice, salads, meats. Though, I never order crab, prawns, or lobster which although probably safe, makes me wary.

These restaurants are: Bamboo Corner, Gong Corner, Pama, and Indonesia Warung. Great food too, especially at Bamboo.

I always use tap water to brush my teeth. Again no issues.

My most recent instance of food poisoning was picked up in Pattaya, from chicken rice at the BigC food court in Central Rd. Knocked me out for 3 days. And a long time ago in Bali I remember some nasty food poisoning, I think when I ate at Bagus Pub in Poppies 2.

Knock on wood, no problems over the years. I just practice the normal precautions and make sure everything is cooked through. Unlike some, that means no salad, ice, and precut fruit.

Regarding condoms, the GS in Asia uses the smaller size which does not even properly fit a normal dick. Yes, bring your own for your enjoyment.

Oh BTW, I was in "Boystown" in Nueve Laredo, Mexico, years ago. I swear, I saw the WGs washing used condoms, most probably to re-use them on unsuspecting Johns. YIKES!
    Funman.

So right, give me a smorgasbord everyday of the week, if I wanted the same pussy I would take my wife and leave the condoms at home LOL.

I have a cast iron stomach! Whether it is air borne viruses, unsanitary conditions or off food I don't know, it doesn't matter what precautions I take I get a bug.
