88 is I think relocating to Jl Sekar Waru, to take over a local bar that was half way down on the left.

23 on Jl. Sekar Waru is definitely the new location for the demolished fishbowl 89 on Jl. Betngandang 2.

There is a white (illuminated) sign board with just the number 23 on a brownish house (that previously was Warung Nyuh 23 X) on east side of the street. So note that the name is now without an X, the same as 89 used to be.
