The best way to meet girls in Bali are at the bars and clubs. You are going in March then I would recommend that you go on Badoo and / or Tagged (Hi 5 in some places) and make some contacts there. If you go on these sites earlier you will get the " long time" . On these sites you will meet hookers, girls looking for husbands and girls from other parts of Indo on holiday looking for a quick no strings fuck that they wouldn't dream of doing in there home town. I have half assed tried the shopping mall thing but with no luck but to be fair being half pissed probably didn't help LOL, but on that note instead of hitting on the shoppers try the shop assistants. I have seen some of the looks I get in the department stores but on those occasions I have been with my wife who has no sense of humor regarding me hitting on other women.

Are you after a babysitter for kids? I have organised reliable babysitters thru the hotel either by using an agency or sometimes there staff, the Indos love kids, and I have also used a GF of a guy selling tours at the front of our unit once buy that was for an older child who had a phone and we were only gone for about 2 hours. I wouldn't try hiring a babysitter with the intention of sleeping with her as usually they are only older kids themselves.

Just book any hotel online, they are not going to tell you that you cannot bring your 'girlfriend' in. Especially if you are looking for cheap, that is what they are used for anyway.

Seems like the volcano could actually be a benefit for those who are already on the ground in Bali. Girls who do babysitting, massage, tour guides or anything else for all the tourists are complaining that people are cancelling trips and Bali is very quiet. They still have bills to pay and are turning to the world's oldest profession to make ends meet. I opted for Seminyak Square Hotel, which:
- is located very close to the beach and the shops and more importantly to many of the trendy bars, restaurants and clubs of the Seminyak area. La Favela, Motel Mexicola, Potato Head, Ku De Ta, La Lucciola, Mamasan, Bistrot, Revolver Espresso... all these establishments can easily be reached on foot, and just as many are a quick mototaxi ride away.
- is girlfriendly
- has in-room private safe and good wi-fi

Around 900.000 rupiahs a night for the deluxe room (booked long in advance)
