Now, I don't go to Bali anymore so I can't keep it updated (last update was in 2016). Is there anyone (resident in Bali?) who would like to take over? PM me in that case.

(The original idea to have members doing updates on their own has been curbed by Googles security policy: You can't log in from a different device than last time without typing in a code which is sent by SMS).

Anyone know of a hotel in Kuta / Legian where there isn't a security guard at the front? Just don't want to be watched everytime I bring someone over or go in and out with someone.

Completely agree, only managed to experience two girls while in Bali, probably update with my second one next few days. One was the below, the other was a local and it was much cheaper while providing pretty good service.

Had one contact me via weechat, seems they come there for a holiday and decide to pay for it while I am there.

I think I paid $120 AU went to her hotel, not worth it.

Locals a better and more affordable option, unless this sort of moment arises of course.

My experience in Bali is somewhat different. I do my diving and snorkeling elsewhere. As for volcanoes, many flights cancelled recently due to the plumes. I have been lucky so far and have not been delayed. Think more luck than skill in predicting eruptions. As for weather, it depends on the time of year. Bali can get very hot. And daily showers never really bothered me.

I've been snorkeling or diving to the most southern Kuta beach, Batu Beling, Tulamung / Blue lagoon, and all these where perfectly clean and the water as well. Volcanoes, unlike earthquakes, give ample warning before causing real trouble. Also the weather was much better than in Thailand, with many more true sunny days instead of that perennial overcast.

I often feel guilty so I always give the ladies something. I often cannot take them out in the open so those I do meet who claim to be regular girls meet me in private. I cannot go to certain places because staff will recognize me. Also, Bali is not that big. One can easily bump into acquaintances. Just my bad luck. I hope used to play in Bali before I fell in love with Pattaya and it's a different game as far as I'm concerned. When going to Bali I would hit Badoo about 2 months out and build up a rapport with the girls. I would focus on 9 for my 3 day stay knowing that I would only meet 3.
