One of the delights of being in Bali is that the daily (or more) massage is on offer everywhere. I had several very nice massages on the beach, costing usually 80 K or 100 K. No chance of a he of course out in public, but I was offered a he in the back room of the clothes shop next to Bobby's Bar in Sanur on the beach. This was fairly early in the morning with not too many people around, so I am not sure whether the same offer would be made later in the day or when there were other people in the shop. But it was a very satisfactory dessert after partaking of breakfast next door.

This may be too late for you sorry but hopefully will help someone else. If you book a taxi as you come out of the arrivals door, it will cost 150 k plus tip. I don't use these guys anymore. Your best bet is to bypass all the taxi guys and head up the stairs to where taxis drop off people outside the departure area. As a taxi drops someone off, you can approach them and confirm they are using a meter. To get from the airport to where I stay on Danau Poso is never more than around 90 k so, with a tip added, I only ever pay 100 k (plus the 10 k for using the toll road if I arrive at a time when the traffic will be bad ie. Anytime that's not late at night).

Also I can attest that handing over 200 k in a fishbowl and saying 'usual price' really does work. In one place they asked for a million and I just laugh and walked out.

The most expensive outing on my recent trip was to Bali Exotique Spa at Renon http://www.baliexotiquespa.com.

One of the the things that attracted me was their offer of a pickup and dropoff service, as I find Indonesian street addresses incomprehensible.

Decided to treat myself to a Threesome Massage in the Royal Suite, quoted price 750 K. I rang up and made an appointment and 15 minutes later a nice car (same kind as the hotel uses) arrived with two guys; driver and the duty manager, Danny. Danny was all charm and schmooze, but he made me feel welcome and I was happy to listen to his patter. When we got there of course the discussion turned to ladies, and I said I liked them busty (had enough of micro boobs for this trip). He chose two ladies from the stable and I was very happy with his choice. The trick is to meet the girl outside the gate and walk in with her. If she comes in by herself she may be asked to show her ID and hassled by security, although this will depend on the time of day and whether she looks like a hooker.

Had two visits to Spa / MP places during my Bali trip. Variety being the spice of life etc.

Body Arum Spa is the place that offers the Beer Massage and Triple S (sideways) massage, but I opted for a 4 handed Angel Massage.
