Sanur Bugar MP layout not good with small walled cubicles which do not go to ceiling with curtain at entrance, also fans and I could see no AC. Uki not there but two other young pretty girls, I chose Uni, pretty face, big tits and small body. I agree Sanur Beach Hotel is girl friendly, but it is better to say when you book in that my girl friend is coming tomorrow/later and ask for two keys. There is one security guy in Batik shirt that sometimes follows you to your room if you come in late at night, but if you approach him and ask him what he wants he is very polite. There is no problem if you want to stay in the room for a couple of days just put the "Do not disturb sign" on the door, the room service is OK. It has two wings one old and one new, in the old one the rooms are smaller and cost less, but the room boys are very co-operative about making up the room!

This Hotel is absolutely girl friendly there is no need to complicate issues asking about it in my opinion. As is mentioned elsewhere all the X houses are over one block and on the way is the Sanur Bugar MP which although a bit small and tired has a couple of stunners working there. BJ and HJ on site, they will come to your room for full service, negotiated separately.

Ok, I understand the economics. Thanks. Each town is different. I've been mongering in Surabaya but alway was chained down when I went to Bali, so I just don't know the setup.

The situation with the local population is delicate, but I have a very good arrangement which I hope will insulate me. The hotel where we want to set up the club is on 2 hectare and is running high vacancy. So plenty of room to keep the girls comfortable. This whole setup will be tucked far away in the back with good security and tall walls controlling who goes in and out. The local guides will can get the word out to the bules in town.

Good advise about the girls. Shopping in Mataram is good, but that's an hour or more trip. That's something to consider.

Do you know any towns in far East Java where I might find a pool of WG? I want to go in friendly and speak to a mama-san that is willing to help. I speak Bahasa Indonesia, so that often helps. I think the key is to find an agent that has close contact with the local scene and is willing to recruit for a fee. I want to keep myself at a pure business level, not negotiating with the girls individually.

But Surabaya scares me. I don't mind loosing money, but I sure don't want to loose my head (or any other body part) over this venture.

In my humble opinion, the sort of girls that you will get to Lombok wont be the top to mid range... 90% of these girls make a min. of 400.000 rp a night ST and most have at least two clients a night average that at say 5 nights which they all work and most are taking home roughly 2 juta a week. Thats just working on them not working too hard. Also what has Lombok to trully offer the girls. If they have money they like to shop, is there any good shopping there?

Pardon my ignorance as I have never been to Lombok.

I would suggest you do what the locals do and get girls from east java etc on a six month contract and then supply them with accommodation etc.

Also keep in mind if the locals get wind that a bule is making money basically running girls they will probably do two things. 1. They will set up alternative businesses and drive you out of business. 2. With Lombok being as it is they will probably intimidate the girls warning them to leave.

There have been a couple of bule in bali who have considered trying to set up the same sort of business but the logistics and the safety factor for yourself were not worth the risk.

Even myself having worked in the sex industry for a long time in oz, after carefully looking at the reprocussions realise it would be a very dangerous business wihout a lot of money for protection etc.

If you can get it working then congratulations, but if you have even a sliver of doubt go with you gut feeling.

The Sunar Beach is a good choice for location, just out the front gate and accross the street are a number of good XXX houses. We took the all inclusive thinking we wouldn't probably eat there but the food was excellent 3 restaurants. The rooms could use updating and we had our wives so I can't comment if it is GF but I suspect it is or a small tip to doorman. Have a great time! I have been going to Thailand rather than Bali as it used to be too pricy in Bali.

I have been looking through the pictures from Bali and have not been as impressed as many of the responses to these pictures were. I started thinking that the girls in Bali are not as hot as Manila/Bangkok/Shanghai (of which I have personal experience). Then I looked at the pictures from Bangkok and was equally unimpressed.

To each their own I guess. I like petite (skinny) with big tits and the face MUST be hot. No funny pug nose or anything. No fake tits. No horrific scars on their bellies. So maybe I have to pay more, but that's fine.

Based on my taste, how would you guys rate the talent in Bali vs. Bangkok and Manila?

I have narrowed my hotel search down to probably the Bali Hyatt. Is the beach there acceptable? My previous questions apply.

About the bad pictures, I find that most Indonesian girls do not photograph well in snap shots. I'm not sure why, because when you see them face to face, they are attractive and and sexy. I think the dark skin (ie, the "Polynesian girl" look) does not photograph well under the bright sun or artificial light). A major negative is the black nipples. Plus, it is hard to find thin girls with big tits. They are around (the Indonesian word is 'junking') if you are looking for nice ass and bit tits without the fat-mama look.

Scars come from accidents on motor bikes. Plus, the humid climate will often cause painful boils that leave scars. On the other hand, nice smile, big lips, usually very friendly, and normally not too much makeup. Plus, if you're lucky you can find a more inexperienced girl that is "malu" (meaning shy). It's great fun to have them undress completely naked in front of you, face forward. Like its a big deal to you. For the younger girls, their instinctive reaction is to kind of squirm in embarrassment.

From first hand information, girls in Surabaya take home about 4 juta per month, in a "bar and spa" club, with mama-san pushing the action. Considering the house or pimp or calo (agent) will take a big cut, a WG's got to do some heavy pumping to bring home 2 juta per day.

I've been working on the assumption that a guaranteed 5 juta per month will temp a WG to sign a year contract. Surfers may not be rich, but 300, 000 Rp is cheap for ST, and if surfers are anything, they are horny. The local drivers tell me they've had backpackers willing to pay 700, 000 or more (LT). I'm kinda betting that the high demand and the sort supply will make this deal at least break even. Who knows? I haven't got anything to loose but the cost of some plane tickets if the whole thing falls apart.

Thanks for the reply. So now the best deal I found is at the Hotel Sanur Beach. But the maps you get on these travel sites don't show you where it is, except that it is on the island of Bali. Is this hotel in a convenient location like the Hyatt?

Here’s the deal. I got a situation in Lombok, in an area where the hotels are suffering from a lack of tourists. One of the hotels has a great set-up for a semi-exclusive private club. Unused hidden bar in the back, secret rooms, owner tight with the police, etc. Etc. All makes it a great place to spend a few hours or days. The Lombok gossip chain is very tight and everybody knows everybody, especially the young girls. That makes it tough to recruit from a place like Senggigi or anywhere on Lombok.

So in a week or so I am going to Bali and will see if I can lime up a supply of girls. From experience I know that every town is run differently. I’d like to find a house that pimps the girls with a Mama-san that is clever at organizing and recruiting. I am willing to pay a reasonable commission to the Mama-san. I’d give the girls a good arrangement – something like a guaranteed minimum per week, room and meals, health care if they need it.

If I can’t find a pimp house, then I’ll try to recruit the girls individually.

But I hate to hit the streets cold. We all know that talking business like this could be dangerous. I don’t want any ex-army bouncer thinking I am trying to cut in on the business or maybe think I am undercover police.

If anyone can give me a name, hotel, or contact of any sort, I’d appreciate it. I’ll even sweeten the deal and say anybody e-mails me with some good information will get a chance to try the new set-up for free once I get things rolling. I can’t guarantee anything, but it’s better than date with your hand for the evening. Can send private message.

The beach is great, lots of japan visitors. You can walk out the front gate of the Hyatt, turn left walk a few blocks and your in the XXX district of Sanur.
Good eats, open bars, and lots of girls to choose from, but not in the bars.
Sanur is safe and quiet. If your are young and want dance club action then
you need to consult the good Professor, or 1ball. Asolute authorities on Bali
mongoring.
