Just thought I'd add my experience with the mainstream Spa's in Bali.

I tried to book DELTA spa but had so much difficultly with them I gave up. There is no prices on their website so I contacted them with what I thought would be a simple enough request (well in fact they don't really have a website). It was a full 24 hours before they contacted me back with prices for their drinks, pool etc but failed to give me any prices for the obvious, stating they'd only give me those prices in person when I came in! Flame Spa now have 3 locations, but their services (for 2 ladies) started at nearly 2,000,000 IDR and when I tried to book it was like, the first free appointments are only in 24 hrs time!

So Sway Spa seemed to have very similar services to Flame but first notable point was prices was only 50% of Flame Spa at 900,000 IDR for 60 minutes with 2 ladies. It was quick and easy to book.

First tip is to get a taxi or Grab to it, it's down quite a few residential streets / alleys. Long way to walk from the main street, but you'll also never find it on your own, also some of the alleys are pretty dark and dingy.

Staff were very friendly. They emphasized at reception, no FS just HJ / happy ending which at the time was fine by me.

You get a parade of girls, bit mixed looks wise, but you'll find one you'll like for sure out of the bunch. One of my two was a real hottie with a petite body. The other a bit chunkier but to be fair both were very friendly, enthusiastic throughout and had a good sense of humour too.
