Guys needed info on a new method I saw from one of the earlier Bloggers. They mentioned that they will pay waiters in Places like Paific and Newton to round up a few Girls in the Club on your behalf.

Has anbody tried this.

I love Pacific and Newton, always managed to meet some nice Girls who are always good fun back at the Hotal. But usually need to hang about for a while to hook up.

This plan "Introduce a few ladies I the Club" sounds like a nice plan.

Any thoughts or experience you have to share on this plan. Pleas share with me.

I will be in Batam for 10 days in September and would not mind trying this.

You enter a huge library. You are free to roam around. Do you seat down and call the staff telling them to choose the books for you, while you relax, or you use your hands to take the books you like from the rows?

It's 7am now. I am tired, but not sleepy. Time to write something for your entertainment (and MY entertainment, when I will read this in 1 or 2 years).

AFTERNOON

I received a call and message from another number I don't know. She is a friend of the young girl I met at Newton 2 months ago. She says she has stolen my number from her friend's phone and asks me to not say anything to not make her angry with her.

She comes and brings a girl to help her to translate.

This means that I offer TWO teas at J. CO. She's pretty, typical local tiny girl looking too young, but here girls until 25 may look 13. She guarantees she is 19.

They want to go for shopping. I say I can buy something to the 1st girl, not to the "interpreter". The "interpreter" says "oh I was kidding". Ok.

I spend 180k for a dress. I offer a drink in my room. She says tonight. Besides the fact that tonight I have a meeting with the good girl, this means that she will not come. Ok bye. 250k thrown away like a newbie. Never mind. If I didn't try, I would have regretted.

NIGHT

8pm dinner with the good girl. She is a sweety, but in bed so wild! At 10pm we to to hotel, at 12am we have finished. I don't give details, but we really did much more than girls here as used to do, including bar girls and girls from joints. I send her back home to sleep (she has to wake up at 7am to go working, if not at 5am to eat before Ramadhan). I insist to give her 50k for the taxi.

LATE NIGHT

After 1 hour, I feel hitchy, so I take the ojek and I go to Newton. The young baby-face girl I met in Newton last time begins sending me messages around 2am. She wants to come to my room, then she says "come to pick me up, because my mum went here in Batam". This is odd enough, so I ask "what you mean, I pick up you AND your mum?". She replies "no, my mum wants to meet you".

I am used to be surprised in Batam, but this is too much. I say I stay in Newton. We can meet tomorrow.

At 2:30am, after having been chased by a few girls who spot the only bule in the disco, I meet another thin baby-face girl (you know the type, they stay to the right wall of the disco). This time I accept to pay her pill. 1 cocacola, et voila: 1-2 hours holding her in my arms, roaming hands around, while she scrolls the head. 5am? WOW: Newton DOES NOT CLOSE AT 3AM like Pacific because of Ramadhan! I don't know if it is because of Friday, or because Newton follows looser regulations. But is something worth to mention here. Business as usual!!!

MORNING

5 am I take her to my room. Ok, she is a very pretty one, not spoiled as many girls you can meet in Newton, but she costed me too much:
- 350k in the disco, for the pill and drinks.
- 150k on the way from Newton to hotel, because she stops in a drugstore and compulsively start to pick many cheap beauty items asking me to buy (ok, why I bought everything? Because she looked sweet to me, buying a "whitening lotion" - AND WE LIKE THE BROWN COLOR SO MUCH!! - cheap perfume, etc.)
- after the sex, she is disappointed because she wants 500k and I have only 200k left in my wallet. I do not want any noise in my room or in my hotel. I lure her out of the room, saying we are going to withdraw the 500k from the ATM. And I do that. I am not a lier. After all, 60USD are not so much, to avoid noise. Anyway, this is something I promise I will not repeat.

I'm attentively following your posts since I wanted to go this week to Batam, but I was recommended to put it off to after Ramadan.

A local guy told me that the massage joints like Berry Indah are all shut down for the whole holy month. So no girls sitting in row. .

However, tell me please: When I go to Batam and book / pick up a girl, will I be able to communicate in English?

Do they speak at least a little English? I mean if I take them out for shopping or go for dinner.

Ok I like Batam, but it is too stressing to afford to live here longer than few days.

Bars in Nagoya: all open and business as usual, but after 9pm. Actually, I have seen nice girls roaming around at about 1am.

Pacific and Newton: open but close at 3am instead of 6am.

Massage joints: I don't know! I passed in front of Berry Indah at 3pm and it was closed. They may be all closed daytime. Night? I don't know.

I called some girls I met last time to greet them.

Balance of the first day: 1 BJ from a lady. 1 fuck in my hotel room with a girl I met around 12pm. (all free except drinks etc, of course).

Concluding remark: a nice welcome from Batam! I am happy I'm back.

Been coming there for two years and still not speaking a word of Bahasa Indonesia? I hope that's a bit of free interpretation, because otherwise it paints a sad impression of you. I consider it just a matter of being polite to at least try to learn a bit of the language of any country I go to and the Indonesian language is particularly easy to learn at a basic level. Besides that: it makes life and communication so much easier and you will find that the girls also are even more friendy towards you (and you thought that wasn't possible).

I think you did not read my field reports, or you'd know who you are talking to.

First, I am the happiest in the world when I am in Batam. I don't give any sad impression to anybody, be sure of that.

I live on the other side of the world and I have no more than maybe 10-15 days per year, split in 3-4 times, as opportunity to learn / speak / need Bahasa Indonesia or Melayu.

I speak English, French, Spanish, Greek besides my mother tongue and I also learned maybe 20 words of Bahasa Indonesia. I hope this will make everyone happy enough when they think about me.

Last, but not least, I never thought it was not possible having girls friendly towards me in Batam. Actually, my main problem in Batam is to synchronize and appropriately interleave appointments with girls I meet around (and I almost do not go to massage joints anymore).

I am going to Batam. I am sure I will enjoy hearing "Selamat Datang"!

It will be 3 weeks long but unfortunately in 6 Month since I just came back from a China + Macao Trip 2 weeks ago. (My bank account is still suffering)

Too bad bank accounts need time to replenish. So I will be in Batam before you. I will file a TR sometime in November. I have no doubts it will be a memorable trip.

On Bahasa: I have a PDF file called "Bahasa Indonesia in Seven Days" by Michael Bordt and Liswati Seram. I forgot where I got it, maybe here. It has some simple phrases and greetings to help a newbie make a polite minimum effort. Good to have even though I know I will have to rely on English and sign language to get by most of the time.

This is good to hear. I don't speak Bahasa either, but I definately have good manners and some game. I also have a taste for Indonesian cuisine and girls. For better or worse, all I know about Batam I learned from RTFF. Black Page, your trip reports have influenced my travel plans greatly.

I think I am going like Batam. And Jakarta as well. For a guy like me, who has travelled to LOS more than 25 times over the last two decades and who loves Thai girls, going to the PI for the first time in 2011 was a discovery of a new fantastic parallel universe populated with adorable Filipinas and great beaches to explore and enjoy. I think Indonesia will likewise be another treasure trove of sensual, attractive babes to meet and have fun with. I have had carnal knowledge with only 5 Indonesian girls up to now, but everyone of them has been very attractive and great in bed. The Indo girls I know were different than Thai girls and Filipinas. They were very voluptuous, full lipped, curvy and great lovers. Viva la difference!

To summarize the knowledge base I am taking to Batam in Sept: the three main venues of action are:

1. The clubs like the No Name disco at the Harmoni, Newton and the Pacific Disco. I have heard nothing but raves about these places and the throngs of good looking women that go there to have a good time. I can't wait to try my hunting skills there. My Achilles heel is that I do not speak a work of Indo.

2. The massage joints like Indah 2 where you can take a girl out early in the afternoon for LT (24 hours). I heard this was a pretty good option and some attractive girls are available. I definitely want to check out this option. I hope these joints have pretty girls.

3. The bars of Kampung Bule around the Hotel Harmoni. I have read mixed reports on these places. Some very good, some not so good. The knock is the girls are a little too much business oriented and prices are high, but the girls speak English so that is a plus. I will have to check them out too.

I think you are better off going to Jarkata mongering in Batam is very limited and quality of the girl are average, girl in Singapore and Jarkata are much better looking but more expensive, I think you can get by 100 USD a day in Jarkata and batam very easy but not in Singapore, during Ramadan you have more option in Jarkata I been to Batam only once think it is overrated.

I read your reports before. Only now with a differnt prespective. Sounds very nice even though you had a few bad ones, as did I in my time in Asia. But thats part of the game.

My next Asia trip will be around 3 weeks. Looks like a have a traget destination for the first week at least.
