Indonesian chics are submissive and non-confrontational by nature.

The majority of my regular P4 P would BBFS, but only after the first couple of meetings. Only one wanted CIP, but I didn't do it. All girls have wanted condom on first meeting, which didn't worry me. I only picked up from expat bars, clubs in high end hotels or well known night-clubs. I switched to Tinder, initially as a bit of fun, but found that to be a gold mine pre-covid. I had no need to go near a bar or club, unless it was for a drink with a regular "date". My last pre-covid Tinder pick-up pushed a condom very hard the first night, by the third night she was shagging my brains out without one, but there was no way in hell I was going to unload inside her. Didn't see the point, she was a 21 year old Uni Student, not going to screw that up for her.
The P4 P that did anal, which were a few, would do that without a condom straight out and no problems blowing a load in there.
I know some of my regulars would get tested, don't know how regular and I doubt that is every one. Having a clean pussy kept their reputation intact.

Based on my research foreigners are allowed to buy certain properties with strata title. Must adhere to a few small rules (capped % of units in one condo building sold to foreigners etc.).

Posts: 107Thanks for your info and view. South side is nice; should be more expensive. I don't live there permanently, but I go there often enough (used to be once a month), that I think it makes sense to set up a little home base. And especially I see there are many small apartments, maybe 30-40 sq meters, in very decent interior condition, under USD 50 K; seems affordable and with not much downside.
Can I ask, for those expats who live in Jakarta long term, what are there to do in Jakarta day in and day out, that you may want to live close to? Modern malls with air conditioning? Restaurants?

Posts: 107Off topic. Where do expats hang out in Jakarta?
I know we go anywhere there are good clubs. But is there any regions of Jakarta where expats congregate for work and for living? I am thinking about buying a small apartment in Jakarta.
