Out of all the places to play, this is the best one due to the room facilities and service. The price comes out to be even comparing to komplek but rooms are so much better then komplek and exponentially better versus the train tracks. Train tracks are cheaper but it's also a half-hour.

Yes BBFS can be had there but almost anywhere can that be had. Classic also has it as well for a nominal tip of 200 k maybe even 100 k if your good at negotiating. I did three train track runs and the appeal has waned. Yes girls are young but what good is it if your in a cramped room (I'm 6 ft and I can't stretch my legs out when she's bouncing off my junk they have to be bent) with no modern bathroom facilities (literally just a hose and a hole in the floor if the room even has it).

In comparison, classic had a full queen size with clean new sheets. Working air conditioner, full size bathroom and the room was modern and spotless. When breaking down by half hour, classic actually comes out cheaper. Also the girl I had from classic Joined me in the shower which is a plus for me.

I managed to find it and this is my first time in Jakarta and I have zero Knowledge in bahasa. You guys can find it. Trust me you'll feel so much better once you do.

Its a decent list of begin with, most of the places you have listed are in my list. There are few more 18 Eighteen (KTV and SPA), Blitz Massage. Also, you could find some freelancers in Twitter in multiple handles, #JAKARATABO. Disclaimer: I myself haven't been to JAK yet, but have collected lot of information through this and other forums.

Thanks to everyone for their contributions. This is what I compiled from what I have researched. I will be doing all of these over 2 weeks.

I wanted to stay at the Holiday Inn and Suites but it is booked for the period I need, so I decided now to do a few days at Classic (I know its crappy) but who knows, I may like to sleep and bang in the same premises. This place has very decent facilities. Much better than royal imo. Girls are average with a few gems. 400 k all in. Very valuable information on the train track hunting area. Do it means such places can be seen near all the train stations in Jakarta or only near main station. Very interesting report.
