Does anyone know any direct flights from Malang to Bali? I had a bad experience last time with a flight rescheduled. I had to change my plans to the next day's flight from Surabaya.

I am not aware of any direct flight from Malang to Bali. I think because it does not make any economic sense. You will still need to travel to Abdul Rahman Saleh Airport in Malang. Let alone how many people will board at Abdul Rahman Saleh Aiport to Bali ? It makes more sense to pool it in Surabaya or flight from Malang to Jakarta, due to the distance that is most of airlines are doing.
There are quite a few travel agent organising seven sits van direct to Juanda Airport daily. It is a profitable route for them.
Alternatively Train (not direct), you will need to change at Sidoarjo. Or train to Surabaya + taxi to airport.

I am planning my next trip. I had some good times in both Malang and Medan social networking. Jakarta I usually rely on classic / travel. Bali is usually a hit or miss.

I've probably posted about Kartika more than anyone else here on ISG ever since my first visit in August 2004. Still my all-time favorite spa in Jakarta, definitely miss it as well.

I last visited Kartika (twice) in 2018, and as best I can determine, it's now closed down and Berlian Spa (which used to be 3 doors up the same alley) has moved into the same physical space. Berlian should be able to provide a soapy nuru massage similar to Kartika, some of the girls did so back in 2004-08 when I lived in Jakarta. Other possibilities for nuru are Malioboro, or Sumo Shiatsu in Kelapa Gading (if it's still open), I'm sure there are other places as well.

One quirky story that I may have already told. In February 2005 I had a great two-girl session at Kartika with Cynthia (Sintia) and Sonia, notable because Sonia was one of the few Chinese girls working at any of the MPs in that neighborhood. She was taller than the other girls, had distinctive red hair, was 30 years old, and was one of the few girls at Kartika who spoke good English. The girls at the Classics and KI's are younger and prettier, but they usually can't go with you to any travel adventure. Many times, they work this line because they owe a money debt to Ibu and their organization hangs on to their KTP so they can't leave town. Also, they usually work every day. I've booked out of classic before. The amount of vouchers you have to pay will vary based on your negotiation skills, the time of day you book her out, the mamasan and the overall popularity of the lady.

If you want to take her out early in the evening expect to pay at least 6-8 vouchers. So 6 to 8 * 375. If after, say 10-11 pm, it should be about 5 vouchers. 5*375.

I would highly recommend you only book out ladies you know, have already fucked and have somewhat of a rapport with and are known good providers. The lady I booked was relatively new to the scene and seemed to really enjoy sex. And I had already fucked her on site in the room twice. I asked her if she was available to book out with me and she enthusiastically said yes. I made it clear before I booked her out I would be fucking her at least 5 times that evening. Came back to classic after 5 years. At about 8 pm. Tons of girls, not many guys which made the ratio fantastic. There are still gems to be found here and I was pleasantly surprised not knowing what to expect after Covid. The price has gone up now to 375 with a 40 K minimum spend. The government have been trying to close this place multiple times but it still exist for obvious reason. Just closing RLD will not solve the problem.
As other people say, it is not suggestible for those who come to Jakarta for the first time. But this place is cheap and relatively good looking young girls, You might get short term for 120 k rupiahs or even less. If you ask taxi motor bike, Gojek Or Grab around that areas, most of them know exactly where this place is. Just be aware the area around Penjaringan is not considered safe.
