Agreed. I've been to all of the popular mongering locations in Asia and many others around the world. I speak Indonesian, but I prefer Thailand over Indonesia for mongering. I also prefer Thailand over the Philippines. In my opinion, Bangkok wins the award for best city in the world for mongering. Then again, I've never been to Medellin which I hear is great. I've been to Bogota, all over Venezuela, Buenos Aires, Rio, and Lima, but never Medellin. My buddies who have been to Medellin do claim to like the women there better than the Asian women. I have to admit that I have had much better looking women in South America than I have had in Asia, but I feel the overall mongering experience in Asia is better. As far as Thailand, give me Bangkok over Pattaya every time. The girls are still Thai, but are much hotter in Bangkok than in Pattaya (at least that's my experience).

But in any case you say "Jakarta is fun, but for quality it is not cheap". Where these days can you find quality on the cheap? As for me, I'm spending thousands just on airfare and lodging, I'm going to look for the best quality I can find in every location I visit and not try to save a few bucks on the girls.

Malioboro AND Malio Club! Don't forget about Malio Club. There is a lot of action in Malio and IMHO the best looking girls are in this wing of the establishment.

It's too bad about Alexis. That was the other super high-end joint in Jakarta with an amazing selection of young, sexy Indo girls. I really liked that place cause of the girls. Fortunately, there are a few substitute replacement places owned by the Alexis group that include Emporium & Tease Club, and Colosseum & 1001. I will be checking out both of these alternatives when I return to CGK.

Saturday night- my last night I planned to spend at Malioboro and get one of those super stunners with huge tits. When I got there at 8 pm the selection was no where near as good as it was on Thursday night. I was very disappointed that the one I had been attracted to most was no where to be found. Late in the evening the selection got a little better, but still nothing like what I saw 2 days earlier. (timing is everything).

At Travel hotel I immediately found what I was looking for. It was early (6 pm), but I wanted to grab someone to wife up with and utilize my nice room at the Harris Vertu. Cost for overnight take out was 2,400,000. I made a good selection. She ended up staying until 11 am the next morning.

I spent Friday afternoon at Hotel Illigels spa. This is luxury at it's finest. They have sauna room, steam room, oxygen room, three pools different temps, beautiful massage rooms. I think the entrance fee was 150000. The massage rooms put the Malio rooms to shame. I had a 90 minute oil rub by a 30 something. I was a little disappointed they did not offer me to "select" my masseuse, but I really had no intention on losing my chee this early. I was directed by a host to the massage room where their choice was standing at the door. Maybe they would have allowed me to change masseuses had I pressed it. But not important. I wanted to select something later from Travel or Classic for take out. At the end of the massage my gal became very irritated that I would not take her up on the HJ / full sex she was offering. She just was not my type. I gave her a 100,000 tip for a good rub.

Just a few blocks up the street from Illigels is a street with 3-5 brothels / massage. One of them is called Berlin and another something like Katrina. I checked these out but they were all pretty disgusting. Much like the Sariayu / Royal options.

I then walked to Hotel Travel checking out Lokisaru on the way. I couldn't find anything at Lakisaru except a "Cherry's" massage which had more of the same low end stuff. At 10 pm I decided to explore some of the northern Jakarta options. I took a taxi to "Kota Inda" where the cheap local brothels are. I am sorry, but I do not remember the prices they were asking. It was very cheap compared to the Malio option I just left- but you get what you pay for. Airport exhchange 13,300/ usd. Schwab ATM rate was 13,000. (100,000 rupiah =$75) Took Silver Bird luxury taxi / sedan from airport, 3 pm arrival -- 1. 5 hours to Harris Vertu. Cost about 200,000. I know bluebird taxi would have been cheaper, but a friend suggested Silver bird. It was a nice, comfortable ride in heavy traffic-I splurged a little.

After quick shit, shower and shave walked across street to Malio Hotel 5 pm. The Malioboro club did not open until 8 pm, but the two lounges upstairs were open. One lounge had a selection 25 masseuses (430,000). The other lounge with food and dance stage the girls were asking 1,100,000. I picked a 19 yr no baby from the cheap gallery and spent an hour in their very nice rooms. Total damage ended up being 1,000,000.

I decided to give Jakarta a try. I was in Pattaya and planning to head to Angeles City. Air Asia had a Thursday $95 usd direct flight to Jakarta and then I booked Sunday Scoot flight Jakarta directly into Clark (AC) for $150. I was heavy on my carry-on which Air Asia let slip, but Scoot caught me for an extra $75 baggage fee. Note to self: "when I fly Scoot in future pre-buy checked bag option. " Harris Vertu was recommended by Smoothy- thank you so much. Harris Vertu is probably the best "value" I ever had for a quality 4-5 star hotel. ($67/ night Agoda).

Hotel Malio / Malioboro is almost directly across the street. The hotel lobby is on the 5th floor of modern shopping / hotel complex.

In India, it is not unusual to have many raids when someone new takes charge. LE / governor etc. Its mostly to increase the kickback amount or scare other establishments into renegotiating terms. I am due to visit next Jan. And Alexis closure worries me a little. Was planning for a good spa session. I am on SA and I get plenty of attention. Hopefully, things will work out.
