Don't waste your time. The very end of Ramadan is a horrible horrible time to visit. There are much better choices than Indonesia during that period. Wait for at least 2 weeks after the end of Ramadan.

He was suggesting in that post those of us who posted negative information about the service at Classic likely got bad service because we did not know how to present ourselves to the girls, whereas he did. I found that offensive, particularly coming from someone who apparently has such limited experience in Jakarta; apparently you don't.

And to the guy who suggested I was a "hater" for holding this view, have you looked at your own history of posts here, insulting other people? Classic pot calling the kettle black.

I have never had the chance to enjoy Jakarta but this forum has always intrigued me and its on my bucket list. I now have a window to go for 3 days mongering in SEA. I'd like to try somewhere new. I've spent plenty of time in the usual places (BKK, PI, HCMC, Cambodia, Burma, etc) but not Jakarta. The issue is my window falls squarely in the last week of 2015 Ramadan (Sunday to Tuesday). The question is should I bother or wait for another opportunity later in the year?

I'm seeking confirmation from some bros who have local experience about the situation during Ramadan. Having RTFF and done a few other searches my conclusions are the following:

- mongering is possible, but have reduced expectations.

- youngest girls will be home with their families, so expect 25-30 yrs, with a good amount of MILFs.

- some venues like BATS will still have good offerings, but again olde, more independent ladies.

- places like (the much discussed) Classic which seems to have more of the young (if starfish) hotties will have very few options compared to their normal menu.

Is this roughly correct? I'm not especially interested in the older, more MILFy women. Young and fresh is more appealing even if that means less experience and weaker service. It seems these are exactly the sort of girls who will be in the shortest supply?

Any special venue suggests for this time of year would be helpful.

Probably not a good time to visit Jakarta. That is awfully close to, or includes, Lebaran, during which there will be even greater traffic jams than usual. And although I cannot say whether places like BATS or CJ's will have a reasonable selection, in general things will be very slow in the P4 P area. I would wait until another opportunity to visit.

So long as you want to continue this, you are wrong about what he said. Here it is:

Would I be correct in assuming that would be 12th-14th July? You have chosen a tough time to visit Jakarta, and while there are options, it will not be simple for a Jakarta newbie. If you are set on coming, my advice would be to go online now and hit the dating sites and target women who come from Jakarta; otherwise you will find many go back to their kampungs a week or so early for the Eid festivities. There are women who are clearly looking for P4P on these sites if that is what you wish. Alternatively, make contact using Tinder, Skout, Craigslist etc but use your brain to filter - we're all at least sometimes temporary victims of the 2nd brain taking over, and making the wrong choices. If you don't want to do this, or know your way around at all, I would seriously consider rescheduling Jakarta for another time. The only way you could have picked a tougher time would be the middle of Ramadan or Eid itself.

I've lived in both Jakarta and Bangkok and I do prefer Bangkok a bit more for mongering (the girls are naughtier), but Jakarta is great too.

The girls are naughtier? I find it the other way around. But perhaps that's just our experiences. I'm Asian but I would definitely have jumped that 25 yo part Arab girl you mentioned earlier; at the same time, I have been with less experienced girls and enjoyed bringing out their wilder side. I don't enjoy starfish performances, but I also don't like Blok M. I guess that's why I'm firmly in the "dating" market in Jakarta. POV from a non-Indo monger experiencing Jakarta for the first time.

I don't think there is much difference between a non-Indo Asian monger and a local Asian Indo monger. However, there is a difference though between a Western monger and an Asian monger. I agree that Asian mongers prefer the quick "wham-bam" approach, rather than the "getting to know you" beer bar approach that most westerners prefer. I won't say that all Asians prefer cheap because Japanese seem to pay more than anyone. Although not many Asians will be found chatting the girls up in bars, many Asians do love their karaoke and do stand a chance of establishing a relationship with a karaoke girl. You won't find many Westerners in the karaokes.

I've often thought that people should describe themselves when giving their reports. What country are they from, how old are they, etc. People who are most similar to you will enjoy the same places that you enjoy (for the most part).

A good example is the time about 7 years ago when one of my very good friends who is a Hong Kong Chinese guy in his late 40's came to Jakarta. He asked me to fix him up with a great girl. I told him I had recently been with the best girl I had ever been with in Jakarta and he had to try her. She was fairly tall for an Indo girl, white skin due to her father being Arabic, beautiful big firm breasts and her face was as close to a 10 out of 10 I've ever seen in Jakarta. This girl was a true stunner. When I first met her, I thought she had to be one of the well known models or actresses in town. She spoke very good English and I would guess her age to be around 25. Any Western guy would jump at the chance to spend a night with this girl. I introduced him to her and he had no interest in her at all. His response was "I can't handle a girl like that. She would kill me. I need a younger and more innocent girl." I have to admit that she was very wild in bed the time I took her home and I did have a hard time keeping up with her, but it was fantastic. My friend is not a small Asian guy, he's over 6 feet tall and quite muscular, "handling" her would not have been an issue. But if he prefers a younger and less experienced girl over the best fuck of the century, Jakarta does have that.

So we went to one of the North Jakarta brothels instead and he chose a tiny young girl who the mamasan said was "anak baru" which basically translates to "new girl". She was too shy to talk much, but my friend doesn't speak Indonesian and she didn't speak English, Mandarin, or Cantonese, so her not speaking much didn't bother him. I did ask her in Indonesian how old she was. Her reply was "delapan belas", which translates to "eighteen". I'd have rated her about a 5 out of 10 and nowhere near as hot as the 25 year old I introduced him to earlier. But she was young and naive, no doubt about that. After we came downstairs my friend said, "now that is the type of girl I am looking for. This is a great place". Even to this day, he mentions how it was one of the best places he'd ever been to in his life and raves about Jakarta.

The cheapest lay I've found in BKK while being decent would be at Thermae Cafe, which cost 1500 Baht ST ($40 USD) which is the same price as Classic Hotel after tip, but has much less selection and not as enjoyable process for me. Just ignore any haters here and post your reviews because they make a positive contribution to the forum.

Additionally, I think Classic is mainly geared towards local Indo Mongers, who prefer cheap prices and the quick "wham-bam" approach, rather than the "getting to know you" beer bar approach that most westerners prefer. If anyone prefers this style, they are better served in places around Blok M instead of places in the North like Classic Hotel.

On the discussion about Classic or any other spa in Jakarta, it all depends on the girl you choose. I was in Classic and had a really good one and then next day I visited Travel and had a so-so time. But two days later I went back to Classic and choose a different girl and had a worst time that at Travel. So I went to Travel next and choose a different girl and had a blast. So point is it depends on the girl you choose and what her mood is at that time. With over 50 girls to choose from it could be hit or miss no matter where you go.

Agreed. Best service I had was from a Thai girl in Malioboro.
