Good point. Being a resident is definitely an advantage. But even as a regular visitor you would have no problem in getting laid during Ramadan. For a first timer / infrequent visitor it can be a particularly challenging time.

I have said this before. If you are in town for a short time, and if getting laid is your only objective, don't bother going anywhere else other than Classic. There are more nubile nymphets there to fuck than you possibly can per day.

Also, if you are in Jakarta for work, it's a pain in the ass that every Indonesian rushes to get to somewhere to eat at 6 pm. The traffic from 3:30 pm till 6 pm sucks, then at 6 pm you can't get a taxi because they are all eating after fasting all day.

A guy told me that last year he couldn't get many matches on Tinder during Ramadan, but I tested that theory this year and had no problem getting a shitload of matches. I think what happened with him was he had just been in Jakarta a couple of months previously and had already matched so many during that month that there were not as many girls remaining to be matched as there were when he had a blank slate. I hadn't used Tinder in a while and was matching hotties like crazy during Ramadan..

As I said, no problem in getting laid once or twice in a day. But it will not be the best Jakarta has to offer. Well, YMMV.

I said 5 if I only had 2 days, not continuously. I do know guys who go to FKK clubs for 3 or 4 days and knock off 6-8 girls each day. Their bodies are wrecked by the end of their trip but they go with many girls to justify the cost of flying to Europe. This topic has been discussed here earlier but here are the broad bits:

1. Yes, the hobby is adversely affected quite a bit for the entire month.

2. Places like Kota Indah, which houses a dozen or so brothels will be tightly shut.

3. Places like Classic will be open but the quantity and quality will be very thin.

4. Places like CJs and BATS won't get as many FLs even on weekends.

5. I do not know about the spas in Kelapa Gading or the other well reviewed spas in town, but I suspect they will be just about keeping the lights on.

6. Social Media will probably we the least affected but even there the numbers won't be encouraging.

Point is you will probably get laid 1 or 2 times a day, but you won't experience the best that Jakarta has to offer.

Why? Because the better girls who make good P4 P money would have taken a break and gone back home to their villages. Also, in the day time, if the girls are fasting, the last thing on their minds will be a fuck. When they break fast they all want to dine together, so again no one is thinking of a fuck or the money involved.

I'm currently enjoying my first trip to Indonesia. I tried out classic, and it's alright. I'm really impressed by the spa in my hotel, Grand Mercure Harmoni. Thank you to whoever suggested that place. My first time there I had a great massage, which got more flirty as it went on. I ended up extending the session. At first I thought maybe it was going to be just a HJ kind of deal but I guess the full package was included. Great time. I just paid the 1 mill for the over 2 hour session and tipped 200 k. Expensive compared to other options but I think worth it. My second time was also great but the girl wanted 800 k tip for full service. I wasn't thrilled but I didn't need to extend the session so it worked out to around the same price.

I would think any protest will run South, not North up Hayam Wuruk. Your hotel will have a full on security plan and there will likely be a military detail assigned to your hotel so not so much to worry about. The protesters are also on notice from the defence minister that if the army takes over the security bit they won't be as nice as the police were last protest. I think maybe expect a souffle protest as these protester chappies are starting to wear a bit thin and the tolerance of them won't last forever.

If you do choose to decamp. OS recommends Cikarang, lots of P4 P. Cheap hotels and the protests will be limited to the size of your big thing and how long you are taking to blow your load.

Having had the unfortunate experience of being in Bangkok during two coup the'état, I will offer just one piece of advice. Just stay out of the way, it's none of your and my business so just stay away. During my second coup the'état in BKK in the mid 2000's I just couldn't believe the number of stupid farang fuckwits getting involved and making themselves look like wannabe's.

Stay in your hotel if it gets bad, which I doubt it will in Jakarta. There will be heaps of hooker options made available to you, and you may even find the booze will be cheaper.
