Can someone help me with the abbreviations COD, VCS, HARI, BO?

Tuesday November 12.

My trip was nearing its close. My notes are very sketchy as I guess I was wearing down. I moved from Shangri-La to Hotel Mulia for my last 3 days though I hardly took advantage of CJ'S.

Tuesday night I decided to go take a look at Malio / Malioboro as I had never been there. I arrived around 8 PM. No matter how may reviews I read here on the forum this place is just plain old confusing.
