I have been on ISG for quite some time now, posting under a different pseudonym on Thailand, Philippinines, East Africa, India and various Middle East forums. Had to stop using that I'd for various reasons. Anyway, here goes my first report of my first trip to Indonesia.

My reports are not in chronological order. This one is from the last day.

Towards the end of my visit I decided to visit Malioboro for a change. Was looking for some Colombian poon, had cash to blow, and wanted a change in cuisine from the usual Indo fare. I had to do this early afternoon as I had a date later on.

On a tight schedule I set out at around 2pm and was at Malioboro within 20 mins from Central Jakarta. The girl at the counter directs me to the spa but and I say I want the club, not the spa. The club opens at 7 she goes, so I leave. The security outside flags me a cab and trys to hustle for tips twice (had to get out of the first cab, express, as the cabbie pretended not to know Classic Hotel).

On my way to Classic on a Bluebird, I realise my folly. The club being referred to must have been the Malio Club, and not the Spa upstairs bar where girls could be had. Newbie mistake, anyway, decide to carry on and check out the early scene at Classic Terminal. Have a whicky soda and chat with 4 mamasans. Their girls are just checking in for the day and the pickings are slim. Watch a few line-ups frp Jap clients, finish my drink and leave. The girl I did on my first visit here give me a wink but I'm not interested in a repeat. I jump into a silverbird and head back.

Back at Malio, the counter girls are amused to see me back. I get my wrist band and proceed towards the spa area. The uniformed girl there directs me up a flight of stairs (when I tell her I don't want the spa). The bar upstairs is just beautiful. They give me a rundown of the prices and tell me who's in charge of whcih group of girls.

I call the mam, a reciept is drawn up, we go out to the counter and proceed upstairs to a very well appointed hotel room (very good for a knock shop, pics attached). The session is nice (not great). Will I repeat Malioboro? Yes, but not for the imports. I'm in love with the place, and next time I visit Jakarta I plan to go back for the "locals". Wouldn't mind spending 350k for the ambience and hope the "good service" assurance from the papasan is correct.
