So first impressions: some of the feedback here is great but perhaps a little out of date. SIM Card at airport costs like 350 k, the bluebird taxis ask for 450 k, the app ones charge 265 k. Had some dinner at the Gajah Mada food court, not great. Went to Classic around 10 pm, it's true what they say about how pushy the mamasan are, very annoying. I lived and worked in Jakarta 20 odd years ago. Back then the go to places were CJ's and be. A. T.
