Sorry for the more generics of post, but can anyone tell me about what life is like in Jakarta? Is everything on lockdown, or are people still going to the malls, restaurants and such. I am coming from the UK which is pretty much back to normal. But I hear Singapore is still pretty strict and not sure about Jakarta. Is everyone is still masking. But is business somewhat back to normal? Or people in the malls? Can I meet with clients, go to restaurants / bars / clubs, do some mongering in my hotel?

Really appreciate if someone on the ground can let me know. I am planning a trip in mid-April, which supposedly is supposed to be open borders. But ya never know with Indonesians!

I share some of your same preferences in girls. That's one of the reasons I have been travelling to Thailand, Indonesia, and the PI for over 20 years. Another key difference is that unlike Malio Club where the girls are instructed by management to push for lady drinks, Scandallo girls are never pushy about drinks and they never ask for tips. Nobody asks for tips at Scandallo. The prices: Malioboro / Malio dancers ask between 1700 r to 3000 r for full service. Malioboro / Malio couch girls get 900 r to 1100 r. Scandallo girls charge around 500 br for ST. I never did LT. But as I said, take out is feasible at Scandallo because the charge for takeout is the same as the price of a room 240 br and the girls can leave the club anytime they want to.

Now I love Indonesian girls. They are really wonderful and so sexy. I really like Jakarta too. But truth be told, Brazilian girls look great and are better kissers. So yesterday since I came out for the quarantine, I visited one of the smaller places called Starmoon Bar located in the border line between Central and North Jakarta. To be honest, I never been there and I hear lots of rumors that they've been deteriorate since pandemic (well, all of them are). I do not need visa because I have indo passport but the one that I know that you need to apply for business visa and get sponsor. There are few travel agent that can "help" you for a substantial fee. I also heard rumors that they might get rid of quarantines around April but again, Mums the words!

They allowed me to order take out since their food is kinda meeh but until today, I have not step out from my hotel room even though they have some facilities. Going to give more updates once I come out. I might want to check out classic but not sure about Malioboro though. I want to check out smaller PP like vfour, zaigon, or starmoon.
