I think the dancers at Malio are always nicer overall than at KC. However, I've never taken a dancer from either place other than to get their phone numbers to come to my house, so I don't know the prices of the dancers. I do know that the regular sex girls at KC are close to half the price of the girls at Malioboro (600 k compared to 1 juta). I haven't been to KC in a while so I believe you when you say the current crop is not good, but I did visit Malioboro recently and there were not many girls there who justified the 1 juta 1 hour short time price tag. Answering my own question from before that I accidentally put in the hotel forum, there is a spa called Mars spa around the corner from the Hyatt in Thamrin. It is a low end spa, but if you can't be arsed fighting the traffic you can get a rub and tug or FS after a hard day of work there.

There are so many good places in Jakarta. Don't waste your time trying to find the same girls some other guy took. Those girls in those 2 photos don't look very good anyway. I didn't consider Milles to be a brothel, I considered that a drug haven disco. I wasn't too disappointed when that closed. I was disappointed when Oasis closed, but I think that closed at least 5 years ago. Oasis didn't have many good girls, but at times there were gems there and they did have a soapy massage.
