Here is some anecdotal evidence from me (BBFS + CIP):

OS has always been a fan of Kelapa Gading. This area has it all and hasn't disappointed post covid. Starting with Sumo, Kings Cross and MTR2 all within a stones throw, to the Tanjung Priok bars 10 minutes by ojek and then the hard core lokalisasi's like Rawa Malang and PLTU another short ride.
