You can find lots of info about the scene regarding BATS, BLOK M area etc down the thread, and these areas are mostly in South Jakarta. I can't write much about them since I have never been there myself. But on the North and West side of Jakarta, there are more spas, KTV, and night clubs.

There are a few places that you can visit if this is your first time. These can include Malioboro, Alexis, Colosseum 1001 etc where you can find many things under one roof. These are relatively pricey joints, and so they do not come cheap. However, you can get a bigger selection of quality girls to choose from.
