I have been to Medan many times and you have to be totally blind not to be able to find an appropriate "Date". The places mentioned on the previous reports are all there, however, there is a great ST place just behind the best western style rest. in Medan call "Traders". The rest specializes in American beef and the drinks and food are way above average. The place just behind Traders is called the Monkey Bar.

Let me inform you about a chick that I dated many times when I lived in Medan as a expat for an US based company. The city seems dirty, boring and crowded. But if you know where to find chicks life there is highly pleasureable.

There are many places that you can have fun in Medan. You can go to Pardede hotel, Danau Toba hotel, Casablanca hotel and in Nibong Raya area. To go to these places any taxi can bring you there. You look at the girls, you like her call her and buy her a drink and negotiate for the price otherwise you get rip. If you get the taxi to bring you private homes the cost is Rp400,000.00 per night. It is not worth at times because you might see them in the mentioned places. But when you spend overnite with them you have to be careful with your wallet. They may take it along when they sneak out in midnite. There have many cases of money and handphone lost.

You can find young girls there but I can tell you that their services can never compare with Jakarta standard. There are mere poor girls looking for some pocket money. I meaned the young ones.
I have seen many familiar faces but if you go on Friday night you will see a lot of freshies. These services will usually cost Rp200,000 to Rp 250,000 depending on how you negotiate with them.

Sumatra is a great place if you enjoy rainforests.
Go from Medan to Katambe then to Kutakane. Stay at one of the guesthouses and ask for a guide to take you into the mountains (if you're fit!)
One of the best rainforests I have ever seen.

Now to the wildlife: Nothing at all I could find in central Sumatra, except real dogs. Most of the girls are consevative muslim and not easy to get.
Came back to Medan real horny and the place I got lucky was
in the discothec of the Novotel (the only decent hotel in this ugly city) there are a number of freelancers working there and all you need to do is tip one of the male receptionists and he'll
present one after another to you. Happy hunting!!
