I've attached two photos that I downloaded from this site around 8 years ago, I can't take any credit as they are not my photos, but I figured I'd save you the time of searching back several pages.

The first photo is Jogja Gang 3 and shows the entrance to the alley where the "pussy market" is located. Coconut Cream is correct, it's a down-market place, however I went there once and had a great session with two girls for I think 200,000 rupiah total. The room was a dump, a room in a shack with a mattress on the floor and washing out of a bucket afterwards, and the girls were no beauty contest winners, but the girls were a lot of fun to be with and both loved to fuck (covered, of course). As ChuckPup pointed out, it is very down market, a warren of dark grimy alleys and seemingly of misery and despair. I had a go there once. It was very cheap (after an initial higher quote) but they really are used to ojek drivers going in for a 20 second pump and go. It was in a dingy dark hovel, very 'starfish', and she winced often leading me to suspect that she had some kind of internal infection. In other words, it did the job but I regretted it for various reasons. It seems like a very unhappy place that makes sanur houses seem bubbly, and was a case of opening her legs and laying back. Forgettable.

The area you're referring to is the third gang off Jalan Sosrowijayan, but its very down market. I also stayed in a hotel called Jambuluwuk Malioboro and found that the in room massage from the hotel spa included extras (at a price).

Am in Balikpapan right now and can report that The Borneo Bar at LE Grandeur Hotel have been closed. The reason is according to a waiter, becauseof low activity and he did not know if / when it would open again.

I was in Balikpapan not too long ago, there seems to be a lot less expats around town, mining industry is not doing so well. MyPlace spa in the superblock has guaranteed happy ending handjob. The only "decent" place is called "Score!" and is located in the Jatra hotel next to "Mal Pekanbaru". It reminded me a lot of the "NoName" bar in Batam. MP located in the basement of Mal Pakanbaru, XP 300 meters away from Mal Pekanbaru and RP is next to the Grand Elite hotel which is in a complex near Ciputra Mall. All 3 clubs are kota style "one stop entertainment" complexes with "kota music", extremely dark dance floors, lots of drugs and prostitutes. Same thing as in Kota Jakarta; order drugs and prostitutes through your waiter. The girls through waiters are mostly regular girls looking to score some pills in return for certain services. All places have "mami's" outside of the dance floor who will get you the hardcore hookers. Of the couple of times I've been there the girls with mami where the real hardcore ayam and totally not my type, but all were rather tall, skinny and good tits. Prices where 1,5 million for the night for a LT "take-out", 1 million for ST on the premises.

The "waiter girls" were much nicer and kind of innocent looking. Of the few times that I've been there I took one girl out (cost; 3 pills at 240.000 each, dropped her off in front of her uni the next morning) and fucked one within the club. Rather crazy experience that last one BTW, this girl came up to me when I was hanging out with some guys I met and started talking to us. Massage parlours:

I've tried 3; Delta, Glamour and "Prima 33". I won't get into Delta as I assume everyone knows this, should you not know then I recommend you to do some reading into the Indonesian massage scene in general. Glamour is a similar concept and located on Jl. Nangka, quite close to Delta but on the other side of the main street. The girls wore bathing suits that had an actual padlock. That did not stop them to squeeze my hand in anyway to play with their tits or simply pull the bottom part aside to play with their pussies. None of the girls I've tried (5 if I am not mistaken) allowed sex on the premises but were more then happy to meet outside after working hours. Did that with 2 who both wanted 300.000 for the privilege of fucking them silly for a few hours. Girls were quite cute, average a 7 for me. They have an interesting pricing structure where the price is determined by the time, day and how often you come. Then we come to Prima 33, think Angel Salon in Bali, sleazy and you either love it or hate it, I am more inclined to the former. It's supposed to be a massage parlour but the kota style music is so loud that it is impossible to pretend that anything proper is happening. It is basically a ruko in a small lane off Jl. Nangka, the reception area is open to the street and there is a small door that leads to the "massage" area. The massage area consists of 6 cubicles with proper walls half way to the ceiling on either side of the cubicle and closed with curtains & zippers in front (it is not easy to just whip open the curtain once it is closed). Once the randomly selected girl (if you know the name of the girl you want you can ask for her but there is no line-up or picture, trial and error) arrives you undress completely and lay down on the mattress, they actually do give you a massage and if you're lucky with the girl you might just get your 60.000 massage fee worth. Once finished they ask you "Mau apa lagi pak?" which is the time where you select a HJ, BJ or FS. All the girls except one were actually very reasonably looking so I always went for FS. If the girl is not naked already she will undress and get to business. All girls accept creampies without question. Price is 200.000 for the FS part which I never negotiated. Took me around 40 min with taxi to get there. A relative big area, mainly 2 streets with cewek-houses on both sides, where you can spend a hour or two with the girls for cheap prices. Walked around for an hour, but I could not find any nice girls. Most of them I must admit were quite ugly. I guess the nice young good looking girls of Tegal and Indramayu are exported to the big cities. The small city of Banjuwangi ls located on the easternmost tip of East-Java, the port that has ferries to the island of Bali.

Visited in the end of December, stayed one night at the Mirah hotel.

Tried to find some nightlife and girls in the evening. First I visited Manyar Garden Hotel where I have spent a night before, 2-3 years ago. Back then it was quite popular, live music and a few girls were around to look for clients. This particular evening, the place was completely dead, 2-3 guests. The owner of the place told me that the place is relatively quiet these days, except on the weekends they bring in DJs from Surabaya or Jakarta.

It was time to move on, after having a couple of warm-bintangs. There is few taxis in Banjuwangi and you must order by phone. Ojegs (motocycle taxi) are hard to come by too, especially at night..
