I understand what you're saying but I don't have time or the desire to be driving around Tsuji with my window down. I usually do my shopping on the sites and set an appointment. Knowing which soapies allow foreigners is important so I'm not wasting time making phone calls to strange numbers. Another thing about 'gaijin-friendly': the main concern of most of the 'unfriendly' shops is to not scare off Japanese punters who spend in the $300 range and do not under any circumstances want to think that a foreigner has been in the same tub and pussy recently. That's one reason you get more invites during daytime when the salarymen are not there, and prices are usually lower too. You won't find the pornstar quality girls then, more typically they are working moms, but fun also.
