I can confirm she is no fee FS, she actually offered it. Looks well she not bad but not good either. She does spend lots of time in the sun she has bad tan lines and she was peeling from sun burn. As a means to be of some help, I figured I would try to create an account this morning (June 26) and see if I encounter the same problems you did. Once you have made an area location selection wait just a second and you should see a new pull down menu appear. For that menu you MUST specify what particular portion of Okinawa you want information on, such as the city of Naha. After you complete all of that information you should be fully registered and not have to deal with any further pull down menus.
