Finally took the plunge and tried out a soapie in Tsuji. I'm sure this has been stated before, but I'm just confirming there are soaplands that accept non-Japanese speaking gaijin. Just do your research. There are spots that flat out say "Non-Japanese NG (No Good)". And unfortunately, those tend to have the best looking girls. Naha would probably be the best area for most massage parlors. If you don't want to drive that far, probably the next spot is Michelin outside gate 2 of KAB. If not, maybe check out the one down that road where that bar outside gate 2 street is. I can't remember the name of the parlor but it is on the same street where Gracia is on the right hand side.
