She's back up here in Tokyo and I was chatting with her. First she told me she was out of the business, and back to her normal job. Then I asked what would it take and offered only 20,000 yen and she said her minimum is 25,000. A few back and forth between us but still haven't firmly committed. Thanks for the feedback, I probably will not make an attempt to close the deal.
