The one you're talking about has kind of curled hair and the tattoos are single color kind of simple designs and text, correct? If you notice, and she hides it well, one of her feet or legs has some type of issue. I noticed it when I saw her walk to the vending machine across the street one day and she wasn't walking smoothly. She wears darker clothes and has almost a J-goth thing going, right?
