First time poster. I'm a white guy who lives in Osaka and doesn't speak a lot of Japanese (but I'm studying).

I've been to Tobita, Matsushima and Kannami Shinchi and I've had service at all those places. Some girls ignore me, but enough like me that there's plenty of choice, even if they can't speak English much. I like Matsushima the best because it's closest to where I live, it's a little cheaper than Tobita and I think the service is better. They offer showers before and after and I've even gotten at BBBJ there.

Tobita wasn't bad, but it's too busy and not discreet enough for me.

Kannami was the same. It's right by a busy shopping street so there's always a lot of people there.

I've also visited Takii Shinchi but I don't think it's gaijin-friendly at all. Then again, I went there in the afternoon, maybe it's better after dark.

Update on Club Queen, prices dropped (40 min was 7500, now 6500, and other levels dropped similarly), and some different girls, Akane still three (43, fair slim, very good), new experiences with Miho (39, nice tits, very good) and Risa (40, okay appearance, but too much hand).

After a few years of being away, I had a visit to Fukuhara to see what was available. In the past the soaps were 99% off limits and all I could get was health service with the occasional gal offering honban on the side. On this recent visit things had changed, at least for the shop I went to. My gal said foreigners were now fairly common.

Cons: Foreigner tax of 2,000 over the rate on board outside shop. Only 2 gals to choose from, both mid-30's, and skilful photography hid the fact mine, while well endowed, was also quite round.

I probably will go back, but I will demand more choice. The website lists over 20 gals, and mine said there are usually 7 or 8 at all times.

Visited another soap in Fukuhara and got great service. The said early 30's but really early 40's. Very skilled, 2 shots FS, and 70 min /17,000 so a fair price. The only one I know of and serves foreigners is Club Queen in Tennoji. Plenty of info on it in this thread. I know of at least 5 in Tokyo, but seem limited in Osaka. But FS by Japanese seems much more available in Osaka than Tokyo.
