I decided to do a quick write up on delivery health. The top portion is some information about why we are not always allowed at Fuzoku places and is actually relevant to the hobby as a whole. The bottom part will be a guide of sorts. It’s to help out those too afraid to try DH services, or those want more info....A disclaimer, I've had only a few months experience with DH. So who knows how accurate my information is. On top of that, I've mostly only dealt with the DH in Osaka. Forum members with Private message capabilities are free to message me for a suggestion for a good DH place.

I would add that so me smaller shops can be quite busy, so best to have a few numbers ready. Also most have some kind of event discount, so it pays to check the website. Make sure to mention the web discount ahead of time when booking, or they may not accept it.

I haven't had any luck in Kansai with getting FS from a DH. Then again I haven't tried more than a half dozen gals. Usually when she is hot and dripping I pick up a conveniently laid condom as ask if I can enter her, but I usually get the "dame" (sometimes a coy dame which might really mean OK-I never push though). Let me tell you this, once you find a good deli health shop, they are amazing. FS is available and the girls are amazingly beautiful. If you have your own apartment, these are often the best deal for FS with Japanese girls. Many of the girls are young and are only doing this as a temp job (no really), so there is a nice inflow of new girls at a good shop.

However, this is something that only those who can speak the language can really get away with, at least not without the help of someone who speaks Japanese fluently. Even for those of us who do speak the language, sometimes we are refused service simply because we're Gaijin (assuming you don't hide this fact). There are many shops that will service Gaijins, however often they must confirm with the girl. After several conversations with many of these girls, I now know why some of them simply won’t service gaijin. For the record, these are from conversations with girls who normally refuse Gaijin, I found a shop that will beg (no joking, you can sometimes hear it over the phone) simple because I’m a call the shop on a regular basis.

Firstly, many of the girls that refuse foreigners are actually very willing to date foreigners. I’ve never heard any of them say anything about the size, or that they find foreigners unattractive, or smelly etc. I actually know a few girls whose dream is to date a foreigner, but they still normally refuse foreigners. Despite that, they tend to be afraid of AIDS/HIV. They have it in their head that only foreigners have these diseases. I have no idea how true this is, but this is how many of them think. Another reason is that many foreigners are pushy. This isn’t limited to westerners, many girls say that Chinese or Korean customers tend to be the worst. The customers might push the girl to do things she doesn’t want to.

One other reason they refuse us is because of a safety issue. We tend to be much bigger than our Japanese counterparts, they’re afraid that we might force ourselves on them and they won’t be able to do much. If you haven’t noticed, the average Japanese man is fairly small. While we tend to be slightly larger, enough to scare the girls. There might be other reasons why the refuse, but these are some that I hear repeatedly out of the girls who normally refuse foreigners.


That said, many of you are absolutely afraid of using Deli health, despite knowing Japanese. You’re afraid the girl that’s coming won’t be attractive, or won’t look like the picture. Well, you should be afraid.... at least a bit. Many Deli Heath places don’t have real pictures. A good quick test is to check the girls’ pictures. See if you can find a common theme between the pictures of the girls. The same uniform, same props, or same background. That said, not all the pictures need to have the same theme, many times there will be more than two types of picture themes. Example, one shop has girls dressed in schoolgirl outfits, and others in normal clothes, that's fine. I would like to stress that you find a store where the pictures of the girls are real, and the girls listed on the site are actually girls that work there. Otherwise you're just playing Russian roulette.

Calling up a DH can be frightening too, I’m not going to write a script for you to say, as most places are different. However, if you’re skilled enough to make an appointment with a doctor, then you’re Japanese is fine. The question of whether to admit you’re a foreigner or not often comes up. There was a time I did not admit to being a foreigner. Most girls, upon arrival didn’t care, but every so often a few would walk away. The rejection always pisses me off, so nowadays I generally tell the store I’m a foreigner and ask them what they can do for me. It seems to work fine. I also find the girls that are willing to service foreigners are nicer to boot. There’s also the question as to whether to do this in a love hotel, a regular hotel, or your apartment/house/whatever. The girls are fairly safe to have taken to your apartment, so it’s up to you to decide that, this is often the cheapest way since you don’t have to pay for a room. Regular hotels are a choice for those who are visiting Japan and have enough Japanese skill to pull this off. Love hotels are intimidating, but are very convenient, clean, and condoms are often provided. If you do choose the love hotel, when you make your appointment, let them know you’re going to one, and tell them what area they are in. If the love hotel is the type that has an unattended check in/checkout service, then dial the front when the girl arrives so that they can get in. Some places provided a machiawase service for those of you too shy to check in yourself. No matter what you use, you can either make an appointment or cal in and have a girl who is available come over.

So many of you might be curious as to how to pick a girl that will put out FS. Well, Inakajin actually made a good post about this. So you should find his a few posts down. He was right on the money. However, getting a girl to give you FS is a bit different. I’ve never been flat out offered FS. Nor has it ever been implied. I’ve not even asked in most cases. I’ve always just done my best at pleasing the girl, whether that be some DATY, some ear biting, or some tender hugs. In return they give me FS without asking. They just slipped on the condom and we went right to work. I’ve never actually had to pay extra for FS, and I don’t think there is a way to figure out whether or not you’re going to have to pay. I’m not sure how having to pay extra for FS would work, so don’t ask. Do note, however, that FS is generally not allowed. I don’t mean in the sense that it’s not allowed, but is tolerated. So what do you get if you don’t do FS? Generally speaking, BBBJ, some LFK/DFK, and some good ‘ol sumata. What I usually do when trying out a new DH shop is to have them send me whoever is free. This way I can assess how accurate the photos are. If they photos are accurate, and the girls pretty, I might return and find the girls who provide FS.
