Any luck of using the AM service or other service providers at all in Osaka? Please share your experience here. I was in Osaka (around Kansai Airport) yesterday but did not give AM enough notice so I did not get a response from them at all. Will be in Tokyo later this week and will definitely call my favorite AM gals since they normally do not disappoint.

Hello all, long time reader who wanted to say thanks for all the help.

I searched the thread a few different ways but did not find anything on the extremely useful website FU Town.

It is extremely comprehensive for all types of mongering (deli, hotel, etc). In addition it breaks down location into individual towns, very convenient for those who do not live close to the middle of Osaka.

Yes, you have to be able to navigate in Japanese, and there are of course still difficulties for getting service as gaijin. At least with this site you will have plenty of numbers to try.

You can try Miki from Asian Mystique. AM is very good in Tokyo but they don't have a lot to choose from in Osaka. I'm interested in trying as I'll be visiting in 2 weeks. May be you can try AM and report back to us.

I checked out Mirei a few months ago. They had a coupon special on their website for a 30,000 yen 3P. The girls were definitely older, but not entirely bad. One was quite a looker, and I wouldn't mind visiting her again. The room wasn't as cramped as other places but still not the lap of luxury either. It was a decent experience, but I don't think I'll be back personally.

Can I recommend this shop? I don't know. I don't really like those kind of shop, I'm not at all in honban. I did regret to spend 1man there and regret that I didn't do my shukudai right. After returning to my hotel, I search for information on chineese esute shop. There are everywhere and probably most are gaijin friendly even with a low level of japanese.

I too am in Osaka this week. Tempting to try a 10,000 honban now that another has been logged.

I've been using this website for two years, especially the tokyo part. Thanks to the report, I could find some gaijin friendly shop and had lots of fun. I think it's my time to contribute now.

At first, I would like to present some few thougths about the fuzoku industry and how as a gaijin, we should behave. These things had been presented over and over but let me remind them.

The fuzoku industry is made for japanese. They don't need our money, they have already enough customers, especially in the best rank shop.

Gaijin doesn't understand the rules, gaijin are carrying deseases, gaijin are rude, gaijin wants to fuck the lady, they don't understand japanese. And so on.

They don't want gaijin! It's too much trouble for them.

In order to have the maximum success rate, I try to follow those rules, rules presented over and over in this website:

1. Dress well and be clean. A suit, clean shoes and a good shower. And sober.

2. Check the website. Understand the different course, options. Do we play in an hotel or a room of the shop?

3. Read, understand and follow the rules. They are usually written in the website. Rules depends on the shop but basically honban is forbidden (except in chineese joint and am) which means no penetration. People who tried to do this, japanese or gaijin, will be in a serious trouble.

4. Be polite. EVEN when you are not sathisfied or rejected by the owner. Always thanks the girl and the tenshou.

3 and 4:

This is very important especially fo other gaijin. If you screw up, gaijin won't be accept in this shop and probably in others as a consequence. So don't be egoiste, it's not because you didn't like it that we have to suffer the consequence. It happens many many times because of some assholes who leeches information, are rudes with the tenshou or the lady, don't follow the rule and that's why people are reluctant to give nice address now. I don't mind that people use the information (I did it) but be fair. It's hard to find good place, it takes time and for me, some courage because I'm always scared to screw up things.

Even when I follow those rules, I'm often rejected, it's life. I'll try another one. Go in the morning or between 2 and 5 in weekdays, it's when the shop is a little bit slow and when the chance to have 1 japanese customer and 1 gaijin at the front desk at the same time is low. Remember they don't want gaijin and they don't want to show that they accet gaijin.

And the last thing, Learn japanese and your success rate will skyrocket. Then if you're not fluent in japanese, and especially like me in reading in japanese, I suggest a very nice plugins for firefox. It's called rikaichan.

I came from Tokyo to Osaka yesterday. It's my first time here. I did my shukudai and try to go to different shops near nihonbashi. I was really amazed by all the shop in all those street. I couldn't find my way.

A nice things about Osaka compare to Tokyo is most of the shops have the map in their website. I don't really like to call a shop before I visit, I'm not enough confident. I couldn' find any of the one I picked up because I didn't write any address. A big mistake. So I decided to go to a chineese massage joint I saw when I was on my way. Just near my hotel, there is a street with 3 or 4 different shops, all of them chineese or korean. I picked one by chance. The name is mirei. It was on the 3 or 4 floor and it was a copy of paprika in tokyo. 1man, 1 hour with honban. The tenshou was not surprised at all and told me that one american is coming often. I paid, went to the veary small room and my chineese lady came. Her name was Aki, 26yo. She was not so beautiful but very nice. We chat a little bit and she asked me where I was from, I told her but she didn't know where it was. I was very surprised as it's a very big country in Europe (no more economicaly though). Then I had a kind of bad feeling and I couldn't really appreciate the time although she was a very nice girl (but keep telling it's big it's big)

With no Japanese skills it is very rough. Your best bet is to find an area with touts and use sign language. Very few people in the fuuzoku business speak any English.

The one time I tried was in the afternoon, when things were dead. Still they wanted extra...probably a way to validate selling to a foreigner against the association rules.

Hotel Healths are also pretty strick about not serving foreigners in Kobe, but in Osaka you'll have better luck.

Delivery Healths are much easier if your Japanese is good.

What do you think about "hotel health" business in Kyoto? Do you have any suggestions? My Japanese is good enough to carry a conversation.
