The map and directions are largely in Kanji, which is not a Me friendly (I made out McDonald's though). Can anyone throw in a few more landmarks, and / or narrow down the location?

Had time this morning to drop by and visit. First time in such a place and first time mongering in Japan. To answer your question, exit 25 from Namba, make a U-turn and keep your head up for a Micky D's, then keep walking until you see the huge Spotaka sign and turn left at the immediate intersection. I'm tempted to visit Club Armour myself next time I am in Osaka. From what I can make out at checking out Google Earth. On the main road just west of the bridge where all the bright neon signs of Glico man etc in Shinsaibashi. If you head north on the west side of the bridge on Mido-soji I think, Spotaka is right after the bridge. Turn left into the first st after Spotaka and Club Armor should be on your left, probably about 170 meters after U-turn into the st, just before the Coolabah Bar.

Does anything 50 min onwards involve sex or just tease rubbing on her pussy? Hard to tell on the cartoon description.

I have been living in Kansai for over ten years but just recently found the wonders of Tobita so I have been going a bit too regularly the last couple months. Happy to report that the options for gaijin are plentiful, at least from my experience. I usually go in the late afternoon or early evening and haven't had a major problem getting invited in to shops. A few will turn away or avoid eye contact but most have been welcoming. I am a middle-aged white guy.

A bit expensive but it was fun and may go again in the future. Easy to find, just walk past SPOTAKA coming from Namba, take left down a side street and keep going. You can see the sign easily (it's in English; CLUB AMOUR) and it has a glass front that leads into the reception. Oh, they give you a little number and you sit and wait while the girl gets ready then she meets you at the lift and go to the room with her.
