If you are looking down the left hand side of the alley you will see that sign quite a ways down. Supergirls is more or less across from that sign, but not quite as far down. However, even before finding the sign, finding the alley is super easy. Facing the steam engine from the large open space courtyard in front of it, you are boxed in by a street in front of you (that runs behind the steam engine) and a street to the right and the left. On the corner of the street to the right is a McDonalds. Directly in front of you, on the other side of the street behind the steam engine and within the streets to the right and the left, there are two alleys, one to the right and one to the left.
