FS is not officially available (or even technically allowed) as an option at any of those places and I didn't try for it at any of them either. That doesn't mean it's impossible, however. AICHI (TR) Aichi Prefectural Police have busted a prostitution ring that is believed to have recruited tens of thousands of customers through a smartphone application, reports the Sankei Shimbun (Apr. 9).

What's the info on the street prostitutes in Shinjuku? Or should I avoid them completely?

It's been my experience that "real" street prostitutes (ladies working in the business to make money and not out to just rob you of your time and belongings) are a bit of a rarity in Tokyo. "Working ladies" in Tokyo tend to either have some kind of company front for them (escort agency, delivery health, soapland, pink saloon, etc.) or they are truly independent and have their own place or preferences where they meet you. Having said that, you can sometimes find ladies pacing the sidewalks in neighborhoods where multiple love hotels have been built. I've never picked up a traditional street walker in Tokyo, but I have seen them being solicited (and soliciting Japanese men) in places like Dogenzaka in Shibuya and near the love hotels around the Gotanda metro station. I've only seen it at night time though. Never during the day and it always seemed to be after 10:00 pm or so.
