Even if you have never experienced these types of scams I am sure a handle of people have that are reading this forum have or come across what I'm talking about.

Actually, when one goes back a few pages in the Tokyo forum, one finds little else than rave reviews of THC and Paradise, interspersed with warnings that everything else is hell. This is not the Tokyo we know and love.

But I'the like to point out if you go back pages on this forum and you see the same shops for years and years being reviewed on loop. Suck shops in the cesspits of Tokyo's downtown to murky directions telling you to wonder around some obscure station on the Yamanote loop..

Which could be a legitimate danger, I suppose, but I was able to maintain ownership of all my pants after many different Delivery / Fashion / Hotel encounters, during which my pants were off each time. I have never lived in Japan, nor have I been there 30+ times, but I have visited a few times over the past six years and I have had lots of adult fun there without ever using THC or Paradise. I have been once in Paradise at Kawasaki.

OK, nothing to complain about, but, in fact, what I missed was the excitement to walk around Yoshiwara, being sometimes touted buy the doormen, looking at the pictures and choose a girl, discussing in broken Japanese with the guy at reception, and finally having a session with a non English speaking girl, often not used to service a gaijin. For me Paradise took away the exotic part of the pleasure. My last session at Yoshiwara was with a next door kind of Japanese girl, late 20's, great kisser, the whole 90 min session with all expected actions for 21 K. No taxi back to the station, but for this price. Prices for gaijins have gone down quite a lot since a few years.

I stopped at Dio a few months ago. Minimum charge 1-man. All covered and very little touching allowed by the girls. JanJan in Sugamo would be my recommendation. I think there are other options around Gotanda so could be worth investigating.

You can legally advertise anal intercourse, and that's usually code for FS. No law stops a lady to let you in "because she likes you. " You get FS from all the independent escorts.

Making Tokyo sound as if the only viable places are THC and Paradise next town in Kawasaki, and that the rest of the 30 million metro is a cesspit, is an immense disservice to the reader, and it pries on the insecurities and the money of the newcomer.
